Social Profile:

Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Simple fast-food chain preparing Korean-style meat & rice bowls with no dairy, trans-fat or frying.

This place absolutely destroys any fast food in the area. The most flavorful and tender chicken I’ve had in a really long time. The sauces pair amazingly well with the smoky charbroiled chicken. I’m so glad I gave this place shot. It’s basically like teriyaki bowls but with Korean flavors. Definitely check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

7/10. The food was pretty good. Chicken has a nice sauce on it- but I did unfortunately have multiple very fatty pieces. The veggies and rice are very plain and bland but if you add their simply magic sauce they are SO good. You are able to eat inside the restaurant, but I would recommend getting it to go. They are very quick preparing your order- its a chipotle or chopt type preparation. They have 2 bowl sizes: regular and mini. I got a regular and it was very small- i can’t imagine how small the mini is. It was also very expensive for the amount of food you get. $12 before tip for this bowl. Overall their food is good and I would recommend giving it a try.

A rare 5 star review from me. This was a great lunch. Order at counter and meal is prepared in front of you. I had the mid-size bowl with brown rice and chicken. I really enjoyed this and hope to come back and try the other items soon.

I gave two stars because of how my plate to-go was prepared. They packed the entire plate full of rice, then sprinkled a few pieces of meat on top to make it look like there was more than there really was. Very very expensive for the amount of meat I was given.

The taste however, was pretty good. If the plate actually had meat that touched the bottom, or filled at least ONE of the side portions of the plate, then MAYBE I would consider ordering from here again. I just can’t justify the sneaky way they stretched the meat.

This place was awesome!!! We arrived just before closing time, but they still gave us excellent service and allowed us sufficient time to enjoy our food. The food was very high in quality, it tasted great and portions were very generous. Note that the proteins were measured precisely, which will be a plus for those who are counting calories. This is a bit of a drive for us, but we definitely plan to return!!!

I came here on 12/18/20 around 3pm for lunch with my co worker/friend. Staff were friendly. Masks are requirement and staff were wearing masks. They offered hand sanitizer for the guest. The dinning room is open for guest to eat at. I got the half chicken and half beef plate with rice and veggies. It comes with coleslaw but I don’t like coleslaw and didn’t get it. They have some type of teriyaki/ginger sauce, and it taste like soy sauce. It was soooo good and paired well with the food. I poured it all over my food. You are allowed to get your own drinks as well plus free refills. I will definitely be back and it is close to my house. No complaints!

Just had my first experience at Flame Broiler on North Elm Street. 08/05/2020. I was pleased.

I placed my order online which was quick and easy. I even received a great discount as a first time online/mobile customer.

The food was ready when I arrived. As mentioned in the above post, the staff were wearing masks and gloves and were polite. The prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of protein & veggie products.

The vegetable medley was perfect and the brown rice was great! The flame broiled taste sets this place way apart from most places offering similar menu items.

I will definitely become a repeat customer and try the varying pairings offered on the menu. My only add is that I would love if there were seafood protein on the menu.

Keep up the great work!

Very good healthy food ✌️! I had the mini bowl with steak, most of the time I get the mini bowl with chicken. Both really tasty and filling! Customer service is good also.

Thanks Flame Broiler 🙂

Truely a tasty find. Great flavor and service. Everyone is wearing a smile and has a helpful attitude. The owners are eager to please, and motivated to make sure their new business is successful. I hope the best in the competitive restaurant business. The menu is simple and seeks customers with a certain craving. The restaurant was not hard to find and parking is adequate for this shopping center setting. Give it a try.
