Olivia the bartender slayed the Saturday 2pm crowd. With only 1 bar back and over 25 customers.. she is still smiling and getting work done. 10/10 customer service. Don’t forget to tip!!!!

When I review places like bar, I try to disclaim what style of establishment it is. A good 5 star dive bar and a high end posh 5* rooftop bar are clearly different categories. Country Corner is difficult to put your finger on. At first appearance, the corner is a dive bar at face value. Showing wear and years of business as well as alow budget feel, especially the bathroom. However, the corner has fresh micro brews on tap, not just a few, alot. There is an elevated bar menu, which isn’t gastropub, but also isn’t a menu reminiscent of a bar with 1 fryer and a toaster in the back. Priced in the range of places a little higher end for food and drinks, it makes you feel this could be a lot fancier than what it is. Is it a dive bar with great stuff, or a swanky place in dire need of a makeover? I’ve rated it 4* as a dive bar with great stuff.

ok so i been here only 1 time and this is as a delivery driver to pick up some food. when i walked in it was packed elbow to elbow so its obviously a real good place to hang and eat people having a good time , they didnt know the order was placed until i got there and they told me if was gonna be a 15 min wait, obviously unacceptable . that’s where my low rating comes from.

Great craft beer selection and out of this world food. For what appears to be the local ‘dive bar’ on the outiside, the inside is full of pleasant surprises. Everyone’s friendly and gets along, great food, and karaoke Thursday night was a blast! Highly recommend!

A great local/neighborhood bar. Definitely has a more authentic, almost rural feel compared to the obnoxiously loud, shoulder to shoulder, places in Port Jeff. Always an excellent beer selection. The bartenders are very personable.

I had a great stout (caramel fudge), super yummy. The burger was ok but it came with a very good mac n cheese. Service was very good. Customers were very nice. Laid back atmosphere, has a throw back charm to it. I like the view out the main windows. The menu was very varied, pub food like. The craft beer selection was good. I will go back. You can park In the lot behind it. Lots of parking with a short walk. Prices were fine. There is a happy hour. They have nights with events such as trivia night.
