As I was walking back home from a nearby concert I stopped at Flair Taco Truck for a late dinner. There were a few people waiting for food, but I was able to order right away. I ordered the veggie burrito, which was prepared quickly. The burrito was huge! I took it home to eat rather than in the parking lot. I unwrapped it and took a bite. I was very good! I could not eat the whole thing, so I saved the rest for later.

Flair Taco Truck isn’t here to impress your foodie Instagram grid, it’s here to feed Fremont. Asada, Pastor, Lengua, Veggie. Simple tacos, fast service, zero pretense. It’s the kind of reliable truck that keeps the neighborhood glued together between beers and bike rides.

Tried the chorizo tacos, and they were packed with flavor—spicy, savory, and delicious. The seasoning was spot on, and the tortillas held up nicely. The only downside? They were a bit on the oily side. Still, a tasty and satisfying bite overall. Would definitely go back to try other options!

Honestly you’d be hard pressed to find a better taco for the price in all of Seattle. They even have a happy hour deal that’s great. Highly recommend if you’re starved for Mexican food on a budget.

Im not a big fan of lengua (tongue) tacos but that one was my favorite. Super soft and very tasty. I also tried carnitas and pastor, which was my least favorite.
Overall the service was good and quick but I felt something was missing.

Not gonna lie, I wanted a taco but for $3 I’d rather go elsewhere. Instead I opted for the Mexican hot dog, and while not Mexican per say, it was delicious! Nothing like a filling bacon wrapped hot dog with pimento cream cheese. Come here for a quick savory bite!

Love this food truck. Tacos are amazing. I got carne asada. Salsa is spicy but not too spicy:) The road is a little funky from one side but easy to get to the food truck. There is parking but no space to sit and eat by the food truck. They are friendly and super fast with your order. They can come to a party or event, which I think I would do in the future. 🙂 highly recommend going here.

Not only the food was bad, the guy at the register spits when he talks and he spat in the direction of my plate. I don’t know if any of his sit got on my food, but still very gross
