I been here once to Five Lakes Coffee❤️☕️✨️ and they did a good job on getting my order right. I got a breakfast sandwich ☺️ , and a coffee of some sort. I like how this Five Lakes Coffee has merchandise inside as well. The staff were good, professional, fast, and knowledgeable. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✨️☕️

I love this location and the coffee is good. The order accuracy however is an issue. Even after telling the baristas that they usually get my order wrong and to please listen carefully, they still get it wrong. I usually order a coconut flavored americano with half and half. Sometimes they give me an Americano with half cream and half coconut milk. Sometimes they give me a black Americano with half caf. Sometimes they give me an Americano with just coconut milk.
They rarely give me what I ordered.
I think they just need some retraining on how to ask clarifying questions and repeat orders back. I will return here again because I like the coffee but I’m just going to have to come inside to order I guess.

The only issue I ever have here is deciding between a latte or a fizzer.
Easily the best lattes in the area. It’s what gets me out of bed sometimes on those early mornings I have to head out and can’t make coffee at home. (Sometimes I pretend I don’t have time so I can stop here instead), it’s also a must for any day my husband and I run errands.
My only complaint is I don’t care for app they rolled out. I preferred the punch card.

This is me and my wife’s favorite spot to go. The customer service is always superb. The coffee is always very fresh hot and delicious. Their food is always the same way. Can’t say enough good things about them. If I can give them 10 stars I would would recommend anyone to go here. This is the best coffee around.

im visiting from out of state and wanted to try a local coffee shop. they got my order wrong and didnt even ask if i wanted my receipt or read my order back to me. i understand mistakes happen , i work in the food industry , but when i let another employee know the order was wrong she seemed rude about it and the employees just seemed like they didnt even want to be there and looked super annoyed. i will say the coffee was good so i might visit a different location next time. cinnamon roll was ok just a little pricey

The girls working at the Lima Rd location were more interested in their conversation and laughing than wanting to take care of customers. One guy waited and then decided to leave without ordering. We got cookies, they asked if we wanted them warmed. We said yes. When we left and went to eat the cookies they were still frozen. Also it was so cold inside, we had to leave. Won’t go back to that location. I’ll go to Columbia City before going back there.

The drinks are always so good and friendly staff but whenever I order a warm muffin it is frozen in the middle. Or it’s completely cold. Today they gave me the wrong order and I had to drive all the way back for the correct one.

Loved the quality of my drinks. I got several to try working on a Saturday and Five Lakes being new to me i loaded up on my drinks. Disappointed when I got to work and opened drinks to stir before drinking they weren’t full 1.5-2 inches from were drinks usual are filled too. Matcha was a small as it is and Vanilla carmel Latte was a medium. The smoothie had no issues and was really good. Blueberry pomegranate what I paid and what I got was disappointed. Not sure if I will be back.
