Big great burgers, but the best are the fries, generous portion of real fries fried in peanut oil. Try the milkshake adding bacon, if you are a bacon lover you will not regret it.

Popped into Five Guys Dundrum after work and was pleasantly surprised. I’d previously tried the city centre branch and wasn’t impressed, so my expectations were low – but this visit completely turned that around.
Service was fast, there was no wait at all, and the food hit the spot perfectly. The cheeseburger was juicy, packed with flavour, and customisable with free toppings – I went for jalapeños, which added a brilliant kick. The milkshake was just as satisfying – creamy, rich and indulgent.
It’s quick, convenient, and seriously tasty. If you’re in the area and fancy something filling without the fuss, this Five Guys is definitely worth a stop. A perfect fix after a long day.

Service was poor, no proper customer service when taking orders. The food was good, the fries were really fresh and crispy. The burger tasted just as an ordinary burger, I’d say burgers are overrated, maybe it’s because of the free toppings. Milkshake was also not that great. Overall, this place is overrated for their burgers, service needs to be improved as well, but the dining area is big and was clean.

Five guys is a really great option if you’re in the mood for a great burger as the specialise in burgers/fries along with shakes.
Love the ability to customise your burger to have it exactly the way you want it and add as many toppings as you please.
I do however feel this is quite expensive meal considering it’s still fast diner styled food.
But still definitely a great choice!

Five Guys in Dundrum is a big, clean, well run fast food restaurant with free peanuts. The burgers are 9/10 but the price is €€€ for just a burger hence not giving this place 5/5. For pretty much the same price you can get Bunsen which in my opinion is a tastier juicer burger.
I do like the free peanuts in Five Guys and there’s lots of seating.
* Advice: read the menu – the burger listed on top of the menu is actually a double burger ( the little burger is a single). I only figured this out after I got my burger.
* Also the small fries is enough to share between 2/3 people.

€70 for two adults and two kids to have standard food, not much better than McDonalds if being honest. The restaurant was freezing cold, tables were all filthy.

Used to be good burgers now very poor. Last visit was a disappointment. Dried out burgers and the cheese was cold. No cash taken anymore so I wont be back.

Was in the area so checked it out. They do a really good burger, not amazing but it’s definitely a step up from Supermacs or McDonalds. Plenty of choices for toppings. Hotdogs are beef so not to everyone’s taste and the milkshakes with all the options to add are great. Chips a little on the salty side for me but I asked for unsalted for my little one and they were happy to do so. Also, not the cheapest spot but for what you get it’s fair.

Visited dundrum store sunday evening. While in que watched members of staff going from food to the till not changing gloves and touching face at same time.customer service does not exist here. When order was ready I took it home to find burger was completely raw on inside, fries were soggy and also half cooked was inedible, disappointed with whole experience an absolute waste of time and money. Would not recommend or return
