A great place for a burger. More expensive than McDs or BK but these are worth the extra as they are so good. Fries with them are plentiful. Service was quick and restaurant was clean. Definitely worth visiting and I’ll be back.

I’m rating three stars for cleaning and taste
I take off two stars for missing hospitality and welcome from the personnel that show up the indifference of clients importance or satisfaction. I’m eating the third time here on Saturdays and even on large intervals of time the restaurant is pretty empty at the lunch time!
It might be pricey for some people but I think quality wise is what makes the difference.
I’m disappointed with the missing a hot drink in the winter.
Wise decision to pack the hot meal into extra wrap to keep it warmer for longer. Refilling also it’s good idea when you’re eating out with family! I enjoyed idea with the peanuts but they definitely taste bad! Please get rid of it! This batch is not edible! Looks also bad! Smells bad too! Good luck with the business!

Was served today on the till at the front by Lewis, he’s very polite and had a very friendly way about him. You need more of him because I’m coming again soon in hopes that he’s there!! Really enjoyed my chocolate milkshake

came on the 2/1/26 for lunch with the last of my christmas money, and i couldn’t be happier that i spend it here. was served by the host “joseph” as the receipt and he was very professional and kind. ensured he went over what was in our food and if that was all okay. i am very please by this as some fast food workers can be a little short. he deserves a raise !!! and then shout out to all the staff the kitchen was efficient and food was coming out quick. the very small not that much of an issue thing i will add was we had to clean our own table but no bother.

Stopped in after climbing, had a cheese dog and shared a large fries. The portion sizes on the fries are massive so I’d highly recommend sharing them if possible. The drinks are refillable (apart from milkshakes), but the milkshakes are well worth the extra. You can choose as many toppings as you like for food and as many ingredients as you like for the milkshakes. There’s lots of seating and a good-sized car park too. It can be expensive, but don’t fall into the trap of thinking it’s ‘just like McDonald’s’, it’s more like a restaurant than fast food like McDonald’s.

Great service and tasty food. The fries are amazing, also the milkshake. The only downside was that I ordered mushrooms on my burger, the boy repeated the order and reconfirmed the mushrooms and at the end I had fresh onion instead of grilled mushrooms..

Honestly, don’t believe the hype, people there were great, 2 burgers and 2 fries with drink was £35 which would be fine if the quality of food was good. Burger was Luke warm at best and that was 1 minute after being served, the amount of fries you get is pretty disappointing. Not going to another 5 guys ever.

On top of that, the staff don’t let you add mushrooms and onions to a hotdog. And there’s no possible way to give a customer mushrooms or onions apparently.
The staff then ignored me after asking if everything is in the bag.
I came in hungry, I left confused.
The staff certainly need replacing, at the very least.

Really like a Five Guys. It ain’t cheap but it is a nice treat. The service in this branch was great last night. The person who served us was friendly and polite.
My only issue with Five Guys is there is no veggie patty. The vegetarian options are not great and very limited.
