Really good. Went on a Saturday evening while visiting my kid at Case Western – a quick walk from campus.
Super busy when I was there. Very tight seating. A description of “cozy” would be a vast understatement. Based on how busy it was the service and food was very good. For me the 4.6 star average about hits the mark.

Rude and disrespectful. We drove
In from Toronto and wanted to dine here as it looked like a nice spot. We told them we are open on timing if they could fit us in for a table for two. Were told in a very rude manner and disregarded completely. Which was a blessing in disguise as we went down the street and tried Mia Bella. Food was FANTASTIC owner was pleasant and inviting. I will definitely go there every time I come to Cleveland !!!

This cozy corner Italian restaurant offers a great menu of staple Italian dishes along with a rotation of delicious specials, accompanied by a solid wine menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is small, so make sure to call ahead for reservations to ensure there’s room for you and your party.
My family of 6 ate here for a birthday dinner and had a great experience overall. Everyone left happy. The only caveat I’ll add is to give yourself time to sit and enjoy if you have a larger party because it may take a bit longer to get through your dining experience. We were there for just over 2 hours, partly due to some slower eaters in our party, but also due to lengthier periods of time between service.

Good food and friendly service. Visiting a friend at the Clinic, and stopped in on a whim before heading back to Columbus. Ben was not only great with his service for me, but the rest of the guests at the bar. The puttanesca, Etna salad went well with the gavi, and the tiramisu with espresso, not only satiated my appetite, but also provided the sustenance and jolt for the drive south.

Etna is a great little Italian Restaurant in the Little Italy district of Cleveland. They have a great selection of authentic Italian dishes and their service is great. The tables are close by each other and the noise level can make it challenging to have a conversation across the table. But other than that, it’s one of my two favorite Italian restaurants in the Cleveland area. Great wine list as well. There is a valet parking service but you can also park in the church parking lot next door.

Elay, the bartender gave me the menu and the wine menu. a minute after he placed bread and water in front of me.
I ordered a ‘casa’ salad and ravioli. I asked him to his advice of wine that complements the ravioli dish. He pured me 2 white wines to taste and I chose Chardonnay.
Afterwards I had a great conversation with him and ordered a dessert.
When he gave me the receipt, he told me that the dessert is ‘on the house’.
The ravioli and the dessert were amazing!!

Small and cozy restaurant in little Italy. The dishes are truly authentic Italian similar to what you will find in Italy. We liked all the dishes that we ordered and found them to be tasteful. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel warm and at home.

My husband and I have dined here several times. The food is always delicious and the service is great. It’s a small restaurant, so be prepared to be close. I enjoyed the seafood risotto and my husband had the mushroom ravioli. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal with a bottle of Montepulciano. Only negative I had is they did not have any Gelato…they usually have great Gelato! Etna is one of my favorite places in Little Italy . 5 star experience for me.

I walked in without a reservation on a Saturday evening and they had no problem finding me a seat at the bar. I’m so glad they did! I had a wonderful meal with one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Just one of those little neighborhood spots that can’t be beat!
