I love the atmosphere at this Five Guys and the strong emphasis on excellent customer service. I especially want to shout out Curtis for being exceptional! He took my order and was so sweet and welcoming. While I was wiping my table, he came over, sprayed it, and wiped it down for me—which I have never experienced anywhere else. And he brought me my meal!! That level of attentiveness really stood out. I love this location and the staff here. Highly recommend!

Staff was nice but I should have known something was off when she asked me what I wanted on my Patty Melt.
When I finally got it almost 20 minutes later it was on inverted buns (yes, sesame seeds on the inside) instead of rye bread. Meat patty was so thin I could barely taste it. Also, American as the only cheese option was a big fail.

Excellent service and exactly what I wanted. Crispy bacon, a juicy burger, and the the sodium-bomb cajun fries my soul needed. I was reaching for those fries before I even got out the door and the freshness had me on another planet. It’ll cost ya.. but Five Guys still has it.

The gentleman was super friendly. The gal who waited on me and took my order, was unfriendly and un talkative when I had a question. Four burgers and Two fries cost 54 bucks and she couldn’t talk to me or help me. That’s too bad. She looked very unhappy. The food is delicious as always.

Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don’t want a bun, there’s a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. At the eatery, they tell you where the spuds are from in the US.
It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There’s other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place.
The place is located near Macy’s at Vancouver Mall. Don’t forget there’s free peanuts while you’re waiting.

It was busy, but they forgot my order: a really easy medium side of cajun fries. I had to wait for about twenty minutes just for that. My order was #88 and they had served up to #96 before cooking my order. One of the employees was nice and apologized profusely after finding out that my order was forgotten. Once I got my food, it was blander than I’ve had at other Five Guys.

Don’t go here for lettuce wraps you will be disappointed they didn’t fill our order this was a $92 order it was only 6 pm plenty of time to prep more lettuce this was completely unacceptable will not be coming back Gresham has never disappointed. I ordered through DoorDash because it was late and I didn’t want to go anywhere. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a regular fries. Plain and simple. I get my order after about 10 mins and I was disappointed. The fries were limp and undercooked, the burgers bun was soggy and inedible. I’ve had Five guys many times in the past and know what it’s suppose to look and taste like. I was severely disappointed in this locations product.

Great food and quality but seems like the workers don’t enjoy there’s jobs. I went there for open at 10:45-50 and two employees sat at the table eating peanuts already they actually sat there the entire time we were there. I’m not sure how early they need to be there but they open at 10:30am why are they on lunch or break for 40-50 mins they sat the entire time I ordered and ate my food. How do you get a break or lunch 15-20 minutes into your shift and two employees at the same time…
