In between Santa visits, Santa and his Mrs need to eat. Five Guys, in my opinion, make the best burger when you’re looking for fast food. I had a bacon cheeseburger and my Mrs had a single with the works. I don’t eat French fries but my Mrs says they’re the best. Highly recommended

the West Linn online ordering access seems to be unavailable fairly often. The other location’s online ordering systems seem to be operational everytime. With as long as it takes them to get your order prepared its not worth ordering at the restaraunt and then having to wait 25+ minutes. The food is pretty good, but the wait and inability to rely on the online ordering system nor ability to call in an order pretty much kills it for me. Will say this seems to be isolated to this location. food qualiy, online ordering seem to be fine when i use the other locations

Ordered on line and it was ready and made right. They did wait to make the milkshake until we got there which I appreciate a ton. Food was hot and made just as we asked. The large fry is huge and can be shared without a problem to save money. So many options for your burger and either one patty which is the small or two which is just the regular. Located in the strip mall across from McMenamin’s. Tons of of outdoor and indoor seating.

This place is not clean!! I like Five Guys but I won’t return to this one. Upon arrival, the dining room was a mess. The employees started cleaning and I saw one of them sweeping a rug by the kitchen, swinging the broom above their waist and kicking up dust. (Why were they sweeping a rug in the first place?)
If that’s not enough, the bathroom was horrifying. There was dried and wet urine on the floor in multiple places and the walls around the urinal were streaked.
It was extremely obvious the employees don’t understand how to clean or what clean looks like. I can’t be sure, but I bet their kitchen is as gross as the rest of the restaurant.

I asked the friendly guy if I could have a plain patty for my dog in the car. He didn’t tell me a price, he just threw it on the grill and asked to see a picture of the pup. This is what humanity is all about.
