I love Arbys…till now…I had a little extra money…been working hard and rarely order doordash OR get fastfood….missing fries,curly fries and expensive jalapeño poppers….got my 4 sandwiches and they were cold….I call and manager tells me to come down to the store and get refund…I’ve had 2 beers…hence ordering from doordash…he tells me he doesn’t have a magic button to make everything right and hangs up….I splurged this time in a very long time and this is how it goes down. Arbys used to be pretty consistent….thanks for the disappointment

I bought some mozzarella sticks a six piece. I left turns out the mozzarella sticks, had only half of the cheese in them all of them. Didn’t realize there was cheese at the bottom of the cup look like they busted some of them and just left the cheese at the bottom. I just called to let them know but nobody answers the phone so nobody else has gets that problem. But nobody answered the phone after a few calls

Rarely eat here but decided to stop by on my way home from church. I wish I had kept going! Paid 20+ dollars for a brisket sandwich, 9 piece steak nuggets and medium curly fries. The service was kind and good, the fries tasty but the steak nuggets were overdone and the sandwich was lacking ingredients…and who puts cheese on a brisket sandwich! Both the nuggets and sandwich were cold as well. For the money I spent I was very disappointed. There are several other restaurants in town that are far better and way less expensive.

Went for the first time ever yesterday. Fish sandwich was perfectly prepared, fries were hot and fresh, employees were kind and helpful. 10/10 experience

I eat here at least 3 times a week! Food always great…. The staff is wonderful, efficient and welcoming … especially Sonia, Joey and Rodney. Restaurant is always spotless. Thank you all!!❤️

They’re alright. Need to work on order accuracy. Had me waiting there for my missing items , staff forgot and came to ask if i had any questions, umm im waiting for my missing items. Service is also pretty slow

Don’t matter if I’m a DoorDash or walk in customer, you don’t treat people the way the girl with the pony tail treated me today. I waited over 25 minutes for an order and yes I was frustrated but didn’t say anything to them, the moment my order is ready and I go to pick it up she throws the straws on the counter and walks away. That isn’t any type of customer service and if the job is too much for you then find something else. Arby’s needs to do better.

Went through the drive up. Waited. Nobody came on to take my order. So, i back up, park and go inside. Their a/c isn’t working. Ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich. The proportion was off, it was more bread than salad. Flavor was good though.
