It was a very disappointing experience. Four of us ordered food to dine in, but everything was mixed together in one paper bag and served like a mess. When we asked for plates, they just gave us pieces of paper instead!
The fries were greasy and partly burnt, and the presentation was terrible. Considering the high prices, the quality and service were far below expectations. Really disappointing for a place with this name.

I was there on a holiday; so, it might have affected the atmosphere there were not many people there. I was hoping to be in and out, especially since I was only there for fries. It did take longer than expected to get my order, but everyone was nice. Fries were really good as expected. They’re not hard or crunchy; so if you like them that way, you might have to ask them fry them longer. It’s been a while since I was there. The price is a bit expensive for the amount you receive. Still worth it when I’m craving good fries.

Though for some reason this is the only location that doesn’t adhere to the company tradition and a marketing policy to provide a large, extra scoop of fries with every order, regardless of size of the fries ordered.
IF they do any it’s less than a little fry sized scoop. I’m not sure what the deal is considering this is literally a company tradition. Can only assume this franchise owner is cheap and banks on the fact that most folk aren’t aware of this policy.
More folk need to report this to corporate.

Not the greatest presentation and the picture doesn’t make it look any better. However, this is definitely worth a visit if you are craving a burger. A little pricey for fast food but the burger definitely makes it worth it and the fries are definitely worth hype. Fries are an easy 5/5 as well just in case you were curious.
Pro tip – Go To the restaurant and get the food there and take it home instead of ordering it online. You will LITERALLY get 3x more fries goin to the restaurant then you will ordering online.
Pro tip – a regular cheeseburger is a double burger.
