I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a shake,
When I went to pick up my order, there weren’t any fries. due to error/misunderstanding, I didn’t pay for the fries.
I offered to pay but the manager, Tanisha took care of it,
She personally made my fries, without salt and didn’t charge me.
The restaurant is clean and well run.
Very good manager and customer service.
I am in retail and appreciate good customer service.

I visited your restaurant last evening with my son and as we were waiting for our to go order, we stood at a table and enjoyed a little bowl of peanuts. Everybody working at your restaurant last night was smiley and friendly. I also took note of two elderly women that placed an order And a young man working your grill went to deliver the food to them. I thought that was nice. When I was home a few hours later I realized that I couldn’t find my phone a simple search on the find. My phone app showed me that it was in the parking lot of your restaurant When we drove back there. The phone was nowhere in sight. I went in the restaurant to ask and they recognized me right that way, and the woman that was working had my phone she told me that I left it near the peanut table. Not only was I relieved to have my phone back, but I was so happy that there are a bunch of honest employees in your restaurant. They all deserve a compliment and please

I always get a milkshake small fries and a bacon cheeseburger the food is amazing taste like actual food. The workers are always so nice and welcoming. Although the food is expensive it’s worth the extra money to taste actual food.

Who doesn’t love a great hamburger? If you’re looking for a good hamburger go somewhere else. These burgers are better than good. Fast cooking and my kids love being able to create their own mixed drinks with all the soda choices.

This was my first time having a Five Guys burger I have to say if you love a good burger that reminds you of a burger you’d be eating at a family or friends backyard BBQ, then you need to come and get one like I did!!
Just be aware if you like condiments on your burger as I do, just ask for a few extra napkins. You’re be happy you did LOL…
I asked for a cheese burger with bacon, tomatoes, extra pickles and ketchup and mustard. I also had a shake, which by the way you can have more than one flavor in your shake! Good to know info. I had strawberry, chocolate and peanut butter in mine. Both the cheese burger and my shake were Delicious!!

5 guys burger joint is one of my favorite burger places. They have tasty burgers and a lot of different toppings you can choose from. They have great sections of drinks you refill your cup as many as you wish. Let’s not forget peanuts that you can grab and eat while you are waiting for burgers.

I came in on a Friday to place a large order of 45 little burgers and little cheeseburgers. I was told on their website to place the order on line or to come in at the store 16 hours prior. The app wasn’t working, so I drove 15 minutes to the location. My party was on Saturday early evening. The order came out to about 400.00. I tried paying for the order and the person behind the counter said he can’t take my order. He said he had to call his manager and to verify. He said the manager said to come back tomorrow. The other employee said we can take his order and payment now. I said I’m here, I’m not making 2 more trips. Yet the person working the register refused my business. Both employees were arguing in front of me. No one was in the restaurant, accept a guy who had to use the bathroom. I have to say I wasn’t surprised after seeing this unprofessional behavior. I said, “so you don’t want my business, should I go elsewhere?.” His response is, “we can’t take your order, I’m not going against my manager”. So I left and wasted my time with traveling to Five Guys in Amityville. Fifteen minutes later I called Bayshore’s Five Guys and placed the order with them over the phone with Walter. He took my payment over the phone and picked up my order on Saturday and provided them a nice gratuity. They earned my business! Unfortunately I won’t be returning to Five Guys in Amityville for anymore of my orders. Total incompetence at this location.
