Customer service is adequate; not amazing, but not bad either. Food is usually good, but pricey. A Bacon Burger and Regular-Sized French Fries costs over $20 here, which is about 8-bucks higher than it should be. Pick up area needed wiped down, but kitchen appeared clean otherwise. This is a mall location, so seating can be a challenge, and there’s often a long line. This location could certainly use a few extra staffers.

Five guys is a good burger joint. They make a delicious burger with very generous helpings of fries – you can’t really go wrong with that. It’s a hard comparison to make with In-N-Out because they both taste different an offer a different meal experience.

The food is not tasty, greasy. The price for a “big” hamburger is $11, but it’s very small. The French fries portion is not really big but the price is $8.59, it’s not tasty and looks disgusting. Never buy food from them. Robbery. There is never a queue, that was our mistake.

The food really good no doubt but the staff behaviour was really bad. I told the lady at the counter that we are tourists and it’s our first time trying out FiveGuys, is there anything she recommends but she very rudely replied that we should just get what we want and she doesn’t know anything. It’s fine if you don’t want to say anything but the tone amd manner of your speech speaks volumes. The other staff were good though, very polite.
