But here’s the thing—you’ve got to pick your own toppings, so it’s important to choose wisely. If you’re new to Five Guys, you might go for the “All The Way” option, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It can make the burger too soggy, and you might lose that great beefy taste. Finding the right mix of toppings that works for you is the key to getting the most out of your Five Guys experience.
My order was taken incorrectly: instead of a single hamburger with American cheese and toppings (mushrooms, tomato, lettuce, onions, etc.), I was given an extra combo with just a plain burger. On top of that, the overall quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from Five Guys:
The fries had a strange smell and were not fresh at all.The burger patty, which is usually juicy and flavorful, was dry and unpleasant.
Even the bun tasted off and lacked its usual freshness.Everything about this order felt substandard compared to the Five Guys I know and recommend to others. This experience was very disappointing, and I truly hope your team takes this feedback seriously and addresses why both order accuracy and food quality have declined so much.
