I walked in the door and was literally the only customer in the dining room. Two employees acknowledged me. But both of them said it so low and I barely heard them (they were both at the fry station.) Furthermore one of the employees (not sure his shirt wasn’t red) looked at me went into a back room and ignored me. The red shirt employee finished an order then came and took my order. All I wanted was a large order of fries. The fries came out very fresh and way too hot so they were just RIGHT. I would sum up my over all experience as subpar that’s why your getting 2-stars instead of the 4 or 5 your restaurant should get. Get better employees who move faster and seem to want to be there.

Went on the 4th of July and the lobby was clean and full of customers eating delicious food. The Manager Vanessa took my order and helped me understand the menu. I ordered a Little cheeseburger and small Cajun fries. Definitely worth the visit to this location. The atmosphere was lovely along with the music playlist. I’ll definitely be back to order a hotdog next time.

Burger was good. Before when i ordered I remember them placing a cup of fries and dumping more in the bag, every location i went.

Absolutely Satisfying! Just no kid menu – burgers and prices are the same for kids & adults but kids ate it all! Order two bags of fries for 4 people and it worked out. We were hungry and craving a good burger and fries after being away on a Mex vaca! We landed and hit Five Guys! Juicy burgers and great tasting fries! Total satisfaction!

Meat was unseasoned, burger was made very sloppy and fries was extremely small for the price of $6.39. Worst part, I ordered online and it said order would be ready in 6-11 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. After waiting 10 additional minutes I asked how much longer, turns out my order was sitting there the whole time. No apology from the worker or anything, horrible service. Wish I hadn’t already tipped online. I paid $31 for 2 burgers and a teeny tiny fries, I would have done better going to Burger King.
