First time here and I will say that the patty melt is the. Best burger we ever had. Just mustard ketchup, bacon and grilled jalapeños. My husband add an extra patty and we ordered a large Cajun fry that was large plus another large on the bottom of the bag. We came home and dipped the fries in nacho cheese. I would recommend them adding cheese and ranch dip to the menu. It is a little pricey but you get your moneys worth.

Yum. Just YUM. The fries are so good & the give you a great amount. I usually get a double burger, it’s So good. They also give Lots of toppings for the same price. You can get some toppings on the side… Turns out to be quite the meal. Fills you up. I usually make 2 meals out of it. Worth the price! Plus, the staff are warm & friendly! I sure hope they stay in Reno, NV!

Was very pleasantly surprised by the burger quality. After the pandemic I feel like a lot of fast food chains had to cut quality due to rising costs, but I feel like five guys has maintained a high quality. It is costly, but you get what you pay for. Super fresh ingredients, very carefully constructed burger, worth the money imo. Only fast food burger I’ve seen where it actually looks like the advertisements.

First time my wife and I went to 5 guys, order two cheeseburgers, a regular fries and two regular drinks …. Why the hell should this cost almost $40. The food was mediocre at best, the fries were the best part. The service was okay, the counter person did give us a gift card, because of the wait. The atmosphere was, yeah, not the best, crappy seating with hard ass chairs, music was good, just to freaking loud. Not sure what we’ll do with the gift card, don’t think we’ll ever be back. There’s better and cheaper options at local casinos for half the price.

My first time here, and this was one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. Made to order, real beef and fresh ingredients. Pretty good prices too. Skip the fast food and head to the Five Guys for lunch.

All of the employees went above and beyond to make sure my visit was exact and perfect. They were quite attentive to my experience. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. It was very enjoyable. I can’t say that about most fast food restaurants. They made me happy!

Update Dec 2025: still good, especially with delivery app promos. However, I can’t put my finger on it exactly, but something about it isn’t as good as in the past. Maybe it’s my imagination.
