Can’t even get service, stood at counter over 10 minutes with entire staff within sight messing around completely ignoring anyone trying to place an order. Even the electronic kiosks don’t work at this Dunkin, they just give an error message when trying to checkout. Barely anything left in the donut cases anyways despite it not even being noon. Had to walk out and find somewhere else to eat.

Update: Still a 1 star review. Manager argued with other workers while I waited to place order. Never update app or kiosks to reflect accurate donut count. Often get food orders wrong.

Place was dirty my table was greasy feeling noticed a manager working on stuff during a rush on a laptop obviously a paid to do as I say not as I do type , the ladies where way overwhelmed and took 15 minutes to get some munchkins and 2 drinks .

Got two drinks. Both very bitter. Didn’t taste normal. And the picture is what they gave. Looks like someone drank out of it before giving it to us. Whoever made the drinks definitely messed them up. What’s frustrating is how expensive the drinks are to begin with, then to get let down by the drink not being made correctly. We work for our money, it’s not just given to us.

Lewisburg Dunkin really needs to get better at NOT IGNORING there customers I stood at the Cash Register for 10-15 minutes to wait and order yet most of the people who saw me knew I was standing there and waiting I understand if busy it makes it hard but for you know that’ there’s a Person waiting to order and you ignore is Disrespectful!! Yall need to really step up! Not everyone knows how to work those kiosk especially the older Generation Lewisburg employees need to get more better at not letting people stand around!

Normal wouldn’t complain but
lately this place is going downhill. I wouldn’t normally complain but going everyday multiple times a day I feel its just been care free of late. Todays coffee for example stuffed full of ice that I couldn’t even get a straw in yet drink is only 3/4 filled.

Today I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte, with an extra shot of espresso and no ice. I understand that it’s not gonna fill all the way up if you get no ice. But this is ridiculous! I didn’t realize that most of my product was just ice. I am absolutely disgusted.
