It’s been a while and I was craving a delicious hamburger from Five Guys. Man did that hit the spot. Absolutely delicious Double Bacon Cheeseburger with, grilled onions, mushrooms & a whole lot of goodness. To top it off small cup of fries & a soft drink. Always love the consistency at Five Guys quality is always the benchmark standard. You guys rock thank you for your awesome burgers.

I pretty much like everything about Five Guys. I love the burgers, fries and atmosphere. My last order was a bacon cheeseburger and an order of fries. About $20. This Tatum and Bell location is convenient for me. I coupled my visit by picking up a locker order at the Home Depot across the street.
There were two guys working at the time and they greeted me immediately. They were friendly. I told them my name and said it was an online order. He said, we got it, give me two minutes. I said I’m in no hurry, especially since I knew my burger would be fresh off the grill. I passed the time eating peanuts. There was only me and two other guys as customers at the time because it was midafternoon. This location is a clean, modern facility in a popular shopping area. There’s plenty of parking. I drove my order home to eat it and realized they put an extra patty on my burger. I didn’t mind it at all in fact I loved the burger and had to use tons of napkins. The fries… they’re always great. They give you two orders. One order that fits in the cup in the bag and the other order are the fries that didn’t fit in the cup. Didn’t disappoint. I recommend it!

High quality. Easily a top three burger. The burger is made to order with fresh ingredients. The burger is cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy. The burger is a good size. The fries are fresh cut from American potatoes and dropped in the fryer upon order. The fries are always served hot, crispy on the outside and mash potato like on the inside. The Cajun fries come with plenty of seasoning. They are overly generous on the fries as there was easily the same amount or more remaining in the bag as is shown in the cup. Friendly, welcoming service. The cook that served the fries asked if I needed anything else, which is a nice touch. The place and kitchen are spotless. Large assortment of drinks, including sugar free ones, in the Coca Cola machine. Complimentary peanuts.

We ordered 2 burgers and fry’s and a drink. One of use paid for the burgers and the other one paid for the fry’s and drink. We were not asked if we wanted to make our order a combo, nor would the girl let us get the fry’s and drink for $6 price of adding them to the meal. We essentially adding them to the meal but paying separately.

My job treated us to lunch today, so it was 10-11 people. Everyone placed an order individually, but all on one ticket. Instead of bagging our food individually, they put all the food together. So you had multiple people touching the food trying to figure out what was theirs including fries. I asked why wasn’t the food bagged individually and the manager told me that’s just what they do because it was on one ticket. I was still asking questions and she cut me off mid sentence and basically told me it what it is. 10 out 10 highly not recommended for large groups, as sanitation and food safety are not important. I will never go to this location, not even on my own personal time. Too much money was spent and to have your food handled that way is a disgrace and distasteful!!

We come here pretty frequently, but today we came past 5:30 and had the best burgers and fries we have ever tasted!!
In the past, the quality of the food has been pretty much hit or miss. Often disappointed with how soggy the buns are or how the fries are over cooked… but today it was different! Hope we get this consistent quality every time from now on!
The staff are always really friendly. We usually have to remind them that we have ordered our shakes but today we got it without having to remind them. We want these people working every time we come!

This has always been my go-to Five Guys because the food and service are usually great. Lately, though, I’ve noticed some newer employees handling cash/phones and then preparing food without changing gloves. I’m sure it’s not intentional, but it’s a food safety concern that makes me hesitant to keep coming back. The rest of the team is awesome and friendly, and efficient.
