The two dudes cooking food were awesome and explained everything to us fornour first time at 5 guys. I had the grilled cheese and my bro had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. It was yummy. I wish I caught the guys names to plug then in here. They were working around 3pm Aug 13 2025.

We placed a mobile order using the 40th birthday BOGO code and it turned the store into a bit of a mad house. Our order was marked completed when we walked in, probably because it was past the promised time, and the staff wasn’t sure why but assured us that our order was still in the works. I felt super bad for them, they had 4 people to take orders, answer questions, and also cook /prep. While my order took about 40 minutes to prepare, it wasn’t as bad as some others. When my order finally came, it was correct, which I was surprised about.
Huge props to the staff working tonight at this location. They called in reinforcements, which brought them to a total of 8 members who jumped in to try to bring the line down and you could see the line disappear pretty quickly. Many customers left angry and demanded refunds before they had a full kitchen, but the staff kept things professional and did what they could. I felt really bad that their scheduling/staffing seemed to have taken the worse hit, as if they didn’t realize how well the promo would be and how much strain it put on them. The 4 stars is because of the poor staffing for the night.
Overall, still good service and they still thanked every customer that came in. Would still go back but maybe not on promo code days.

This Five Guy’s location is great. They go fast, make good food, and play great music. They had old fashioned rock and roll playing when I visited with my wife.

I have been to many other Five Guys across the nation with no issues. This one was an exception.
I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, and a little burger came out, I had to go back for bacon and cheese, to which they gave me a tray with a slice of cheese and very overdone bacon. The bottom of the bun was also soggy and kept falling apart. The chocolate shakes seemed chalky and not very flavorful. The fries, while good, were all about an inch long.
Wouldn’t recommend going to this particular one.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Five Guys. The burger buns were burned, the cup of fries was barely half full, and the wait time was far too long. For what you pay here, you expect much better quality and service. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect from a place that usually prides itself on fresh food and generous portions.

Those two young men and young lady were working here.All of them were extremely helpful.The burger is really good.The fries smell good, haven’t do them yet? They were out of pickles, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I hate to give any Five Guys less than five stars, but this one just wasn’t on their A game the day we ate there. The service was friendly, they got our order correct and our burgers tasted good. Both bathrooms were out of order (no way to wash hands before eating- I hope there was an alternate sink somewhere for employees to wash hands…), a lot of the tables were available but not clean, condiments (ketchup) were empty and needed replacing or refilling, and we watched as another customer brought her “unused” napkins back up and replaced them in the stack of new napkins! Instead of standing behind the counter socializing, the employees need to be keeping up on the cleanliness of the dining area.

I just ordered. I asked for a cheeseburger with no pickles onion or tomato. LETTUCE ONLY.
Got a burger with 2 buns. Went to go get it changed and was meant with so much disrespect. The guy needs hearing aids. I also asked for fries and was charged for them didn’t realize i didn’t get them till i drove a full hour home.
This Five guys location is complete and utter trash. Do not come here. Unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Few young boys running the store – terrible customer service. Why Five Guys always disappoints?
I won’t say overpriced if you’re thinking something over priced you have a free will to make your decision.
Nothing special with hot dog, you can get the same one from Costco trust me.
Burgers were over cooked, look at the bacon in the video almost burned. They have all the answers why this brand loses their target audience.
Fries were fine but drinks and sauces worst than any low budget burger place.
And dirty environment, no one shows any effort to clean the restaurant so no more Five Guys.

Ordered online. They got my order completely wrong. Any time we get fries with our food we hardly get any. They aren’t checking their work or providing the once great service. Don’t go to this one, go to a different one.
