Just wanted to shout out the sweet employees of this location! Everyone is so kind and seems genuinely happy when we come in, both with the customers and their fellow teammates. Tonight’s team included Gabe, Katelyn, Lindsey and Jakai. Felt bad because it was late and they made us feel welcome and like we could enjoy ourselves despite the time. Also note that we were there 30 minutes before close not like 5 minutes. Thanks for always providing great service y’all! We appreciate ya! Oh and the food is always good too, lol!

It’s been a very long time since I’ve eaten here & I’m Pretty disappointed in my order all around. I had the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce & pickles with Cajun fries. The lettuce was non existent, 1 butt end of a pickle & 2 crumbles of bacon that I didn’t know were there until about halfway through eating the burger. My fries weren’t Cajun at all, just overly seasoned/salted to the point I couldn’t even eat them. The fry sauce couldn’t even tame the saltiness.. probably the last time I’ll eat here.

Nice wide open tables, both high top and low top, bathroom was clean, tables were wiped down and food was delicious ! Burger was juicy and flavorful and the Cajun fries were plentiful and so good! Perfectly season to my liking and hot crisp not soggy!

Five Guys was once a great burger place that it has been awhile since eating there to find that it is not what I remember of it. Ordered Cajun fries (overly seasoned) and three burgers which have great veggies and toppings but bun and patty were a major let down. For a burger place it is not on my list to go back to anytime soon as there are much better places around for similar price. The patties have no flavor and lack that burger place taste that you want when going out for a burger. The buns are average at best that need a little more toasting. The tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions are great and fresh which is nice. The fries seem to be less abundant from the past but still a lot for the order size. If you want Cajun fries I suggest asking for lightly seasoned as they over do it in my opinion for eating without sauce. The fry sauce is good and staff is friendly and nice. If you want a burger I suggest another place, but for just fries this is still worth going to until their price goes to high or they stop overfilling. 2.5 stars in reality.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great service here. We were greeted right away, even though they were busy. The person who helped us was friendly. We let them know the fry sauce dispenser was empty and it was refilled before I even saw them come out. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. This is the best service I’ve had at a fast food chain in a long time.

We come here all the time and pretty much order the same and is enough to feed the entire family (about $95 without tip) we order several large fries and got maybe the equivalent of a single large fry order. I went up and asked the employees because it seemed like an honest mistake and they told me they were too busy and sorry but that is how it’s always been. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it has never been this way. Five guys is known for generous fry orders a this was nothing like it has been. Even worse the attitude of both employees was just rude.

We went to 5 Guys to get our pickup order. We specially ordered a plain patty for Baby Dean for a treat. The employees here are always awesome, happy and go the extra mile. This visit was no different, all the employees know Baby Dean. When we got our order they had drawn this cute puppy picture on our bag. This is just excellent customer service and shows that they care. What a pleasant and happy surprise to see this. By the way Baby Dean loved his patty and picture the awesome 5 Guys staff drew for him. Thank you 5 Guys for always being Awesome & Fantastic!
