You’ll order ahead.. you know.. to save time, but they won’t start your fries till you show up, so you’ll stand there for 10-15 minutes waiting for the fries while your burger buns get soggy wrapped in foil, and they burn your fries while you wait.

For as much money as I paid for 1 burger and some fries it should’ve at least been edible. Burger was like pig slop. It was so bad the buns were running away from it. Not to mention the bread was smashed when I opened the nasty thing. I ened up taking the meat out of the bun and just eating that. The meat was excellent. The fries were good but man that burger was trash.

I don’t dash much. When I do, though, I fear dashing here because of the peanut allergy. They are normally a good spot. There’s a friendly atmosphere, and the workers are very responsive. The dasher pay is normally decent. I was grateful for the drink while I waited on my customers order.

After leaving a review on Google, the Colorado manager of Five Guys contacted me. He sincerely apologized to me and tried to give me a refund. When the refund was not possible, he sent me a gift card with a handwritten letter. I was disappointed by the food, but I was moved by the warm consideration and quick apology.

The food is always delicious at Five Guys!
The burgers are juicy, all the vegetables are fresh, and the fries are amazing. Their portion sizes are ridiculously huge, especially on the fries. Not only do you get the container of fries, but you also get a big scoop of extra fies dumped into the bag.
As an example, the “little cheeseburger” and “little fries” are equivalent to a Big Mac and a large fry at McDonalds. Keep in mind that these are the small versions of the hamburgers and fries they serve.
The people are always friendly behind the counter. The location is very clean, with a simple design similar to an In-n-Out burger location.
Since everything is made to order, there is a little bit of a wait, but believe me, it’s worth it.
There are huge boxes of peanuts in the shell that you can scoop into a paper boat, and eat them at your table while you wait for your food. FREE
They have self-service soda machines with that touch screen so that you can pick a wide variety of beverages.
So bring a big appetite and several friends and enjoy the delicious burgers, fries, hot dogs, grilled cheese, milkshakes, and more at Five Guys.
Come hungry and leave happy (and full).

I get my partner burgers from here cause she likes them. Everyone working here is always really great and I wish we all made what the CEOs of multinational corporations made so that everyone could live with comfort and our basic needs cared for.

A rather confusing experience after months away. Fries were listed around five dollars online for May, nine dollars on door dash. Bit the bullet to call and ask, server was nice and just offered to arrange a pickup and was friendly enough I agreed. Came over, only to find the girl in front of me got a bag full of fries overflowing with a medium, but despite me getting a large only got a single cup. Didn’t say anything though, because I didn’t want to be rude and they were very polite. Got home to realize the burger had no cheese- finished it only to find later the cheese was…separate in a package at the bottom after finishing my meal. Confusing, but at least the staff are friendly? The fries they had me wait extra for tasted undercooked though. Not sure what all the hype is about.
Edit: While they were kind enough to send me free meal tickets, they were sent to my old address. Instead we had a talk, and they took responsibility saying a new guy was being trained. I’ll tentatively mark this with two extra stars and see how it goes.
