GO HERE! So good, reminds me of an old school cafe my Mom used to take us to a ‘ LONG TIME AGO’!!
This place is BOMB!
However, your better off going into the actual restaurant then trying to have it delivered.
After trying to place an order online yesterday it told me that if I didn’t tip right then and there, I could very well have a delay in getting this to my house. And it was almost 10 dollars more to order online.
No app should ever tell you whether your going to tip or not! Not for anyone else to decide but you!

I don’t care what anyone says this is HANDS DOWN the BEST 5 guys I have EVER been to I have never had another one taste like this one’s! I was in a rush to get to the airport and decided I’d try this one on my way and I was so glad I did! The best 5 guys burger I’ve ever had, great service, and lots of fries!!!

Possibly the worst burger in Castle Rock.
I’d give this place a zero if that was an option. I’ve been to Five Guys so many times over the years when I lived in Florida and it was always excellent. This is my first and last time going to the Castle Rock location. There was no one in line when I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, grilled cheese, and a shake. It took 25 minutes to get my food only to find my burger was absolutely charred and more crunchier than the fries. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. Every other location I’ve ever been to has been fast and delicious regardless of how busy they were. The “manager” didn’t even apologize and it took him close to 10 minutes to figure out how to refund the burger. 10/10 would not recommend.

Very friendly staff. Two of us got hamburgers, fries and drinks and it was over $40! The burgers are good but not $20 good. Keep that in mind if you’re coming here. It’s not cheap.

Since they reopened its been nothing but bad experiences. Wrong orders, not made right. Guess I’ll just go sit down at a nice burger joint by the movie theater.
