I normally try and message the restaurant directly but I tried that and the feedback I entered wouldn’t go through. I’ve always finished my food cause I love five guys. This time was very bad. I know it’s a one off, but it was so bad I’m confused. Bacon was burnt so bad I’m surprised it ended up on my burger. Fries were weird and chewy this time. And my son’s grilled cheese was bland and undercooked. Just a calamity of errors. I’ll go back because I know it’s not normally like this, but I couldn’t let this one go. The staff was friendly for what that is worth.

We have been coming to this location for about 6 years. We always get great service from polite employees. The restaurant is always clean. The order is always correct. Whether we eat in the restaurant or take the order home, the food is always made correctly.
Went there yesterday (Sunday, maybe 1pm). Every single person there was very polite and nice. Food was perfect. I’ve never had any issues at this location.

I love 5 guys but this location specifically was not comparable to my fave location in Thornton. They dont greet you at all when you come in which makes sense because the music is too loud to even hear anything. The fries are not as crispy here and ive never had a soggy/soft fry at 5 guys so I was not a fan of the fries here. Next, the music at this location is very loud and not very family friendly, mostly loud rock music it wasn’t pleasant. Lastly, they have a broken door that won’t shut right away that made us have to move to a different table because it was cold out and we didnt want our food to get cold. Overall, I will not be returning to this location.

I was told when ordering that the credit card system was down and they were cash only. I asked what the cost of 3 burgers would be and I checked my cash. I was short a dollar and change. I asked if this was acceptable considering the circumstances. I was told it was not and to order through the app. I do not have the app on my phone but downloaded it and proceed to set it up. Last step is to enter a code sent to my email address. I don’t have my email on my phone so all of that was a wasted effort. I returned to available cash, asking again. Frustration is setting in. I was told sarcastically “the real problem is you don’t have enough money.” I thought of ordering just 2 burgers but then decided absolutely not! By now it is the principal of the matter. I left and Good Times just down the street provided good food, friendly service, took my card and now has my business. All over a dollar.

Diego is the best worker around. He always has a smile on his face and has the best customer care. It really makes a difference and makes a customer drive the extra mile instead of going to Culver’s or something of the sorts. Once again thank you five guys and especially Diego. If he wasn’t working for you I’d give him a job immediately!

Delicious burger! Always cooked perfectly and prepared exactly as your ordered. It’s not very cheap, but the toppings are free.
If you’re in a hurry, place your order online so that it’s ready when you get there. Otherwise it might take 10 minutes to prepare.
And like other Five Guys, it’s nice that they have free peanuts for you to snack on!

Excellent burgers, much better than In-N-Out in my own opinion, however my burger I ordered well done and it wasn’t cooked that well, it looked like it finished medium, after that the service and wait time wasn’t bad!

Super clean, friendly staff, great bacon burger. The bottom bun was a touch soggy, but I think it’s just because the two patties were so juicy. Wouldn’t recommend eating it in the car like I did. Get napkins!
