We don’t eat often at five guys. Tonight I was reminded why. Nothing to do with the staff. They were great. But let’s be honest. We come to eat. We got our order to go as we got in late but stayed at the hotel right around the corner. I don’t mind a burger that isn’t perfect. Sometimes the “filling”falls out. No problem. But when the bread is beyond soggy(almost uncooked) and filled with topping I did not order, come on. Nice people. But quality sucked.

The food was better than the service yesterday. The young lady who took our order wasn’t rude; just very dry and unpleasant(The employee name on the receipt was Marlene L.). The young man who works there was the same exact way. Not rude, just very unfriendly. The hamburger and fries were excellent. I ordered the classic combo for $13.99. Hopefully next time when I stop in the staff will be in a better mood. Would have given five stars across the board if the service was better⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This location is the best Five Guys & Fries in Houston, this is the only location I consistently give my business. Tonight is a prime example: the young man who manages the location most of the time I come these days. He has some of the best work ethic and customer service I’ve seen in a long while. The food is consistent, hot and delicious and comes out lightning fast! The dining room, self-serve and bathrooms were also spotless. As I was walking in to get my online order a family of 17 walked in at 8:53pm mind you, he didn’t bat an eye and I still didn’t have to wait for my order, that’s talent and leadership!
As an Operations Manager mostly in the food service industry this gentleman sets the bar, and if I could I’d take him to work with me, but poaching is looked down upon. GIVE HIM A RAISE!
As for the menu: it’s standard Americana fare done right, the portions are filling and the ingredients are top tier. For a hamburger, fries, and drink/milkshake there is no place that does it better.
If you’re in the med center come give them your business!

I love this place! Their hamburgers are not only delicious but also generously portioned, and the fries? You get an abundance with every order. I usually opt for the ‘little burger’ and small fries since the regular burger is a hearty double. What’s great is the generous serving of fries – perfect for sharing if you’re dining with someone.
For those with a hearty appetite, this spot is a fantastic choice. Just a heads-up: with premium quality burgers comes a premium price. But it’s absolutely worth it for the taste and portion size.

Was greeted upon arriving and upon my exiting this location was clean. The bathroom was clean fairly quick service for what I ordered the burger this time could’ve been better especially for the prices you pay but i ate it because I was hungry and craving it I decided to go to five guys and fries were delicious.

Y’alllll omgggg !!!! I haven’t had Five Guys in so long and I honestly don’t know why!!! The service was quick and the food was fresh. They give you sooo many fries and I bought the smallest one. I would definitely consider sharing them with someone the next time I come. I loved everything about this place ! I will say they are a bit expensive but the food was really good !! If someone else is paying, consider this place for sure !!

I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready and the only thing I had to wait on was fresh fries, which I appreciate and don’t mind waiting for. The staff and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, making my short visit a very pleasant one. I will definitely go back again and I recommend anyone who has never tried Five Guys to do so, especially this location!
