Went to five guys had the most mid/expensive experience ever they quality of employees and good has really gone down going to five guys used to be such a treat but now it’s just a standard almost like McDonald’s experience. I don’t know where they be hiring these people just staring at you not even a “hello” then you can hear them taking trash behind the counter which I would’ve been OK with if you know how to cook the food you’re making because the food turned out horrible it was so mid and it was so cold except the fries burger fell apart in one bite but atleast this restaurant clean so it gets a 4

Andre at Five Guys did a great job. The food was made to order, hot and fresh, and it tasted amazing. Everything came out exactly how I asked for it. The burger was flavorful, the fries were on point, and you could tell care went into it.
Service was just as solid. Andre was friendly, attentive, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. He made sure the order was right and that I was taken care of. I appreciate the laughs and the great food. I’ll definitely be back

I was pleasantly greeted by Nicole today who was happy to share all the details of this burger joint’s menu. It was my first time and she made a suggestion to try their new combo. I decided to go with fries and a strawberry shake with oreo pieces. She kept a genuine smile on her face.
The fries were just how I like them, softly seasoned with salt and fresh! I didn’t have to use ketchup to enjoy. Joe on the grill did great with greeting me with a smile when handing me my after church snack break.
He gave me plenty of napkins without me having to ask.
The atmosphere was clean and gave that old fashion burger joint charm. I came in right before a rush of customers. I saw that neither, Nicole or Joe, were frazzled from the additional customers. I don’t come out to Carrollton often, but will be stopping by again when I’m in the area. Next time I’ll get a burger and share the quality. For two day, snaps for a team that enjoys their jobs. Thank you for great customer service!

Uber eats won’t let me rate the store, so I’ll do it here. My shake was completely melted after a five minute drive home. The little Cajun fries were half the amount of fries this location usually gives, and half of them were the size of steak fries. I have no idea how you make a batch of fries with such size difference, but they were terrible. The burger was fine. I keep giving this place more chances than it deserves, but with the insane prices it’s never worth it.

I love five guys but they literally forgot all my toppings….
Forgot my letttuce, tomatoes, onion pickles….. like how ? It almost seems intentional. If it was like one ingredient missing, okay cool. No worries. But more than half the toppings I asked for was not on my burger….

My new favorite burger in its class. The patties were not greasy or over seasoned. The cheese was perfect. The condiments were fresh. The bun was perfect; not big, but just held everything together. Overall, it made for a great burger.
The fries were seasoned. You may or may not like this. But I found them delicious.
