First time trying this location. Excellent experience. Service was nice and explained the menu to us. Wait time was about 8 minutes or so for fresh goodness. We ordered double bacon cheeseburger value meal , grilled cheese, and some delicious fries. This place turned out big time. The burger was outstanding and the bacon cooked to perfection. The kids loved the cheeseburger. Really good bread, buttery, and nice crunch on the crust, fries are killer tasty.

Fries were awesome as always. Girl waiting on us didn’t pay attention. We asked for grilled onions and did not get them. The temperature in the store was so cold. No one stayed to eat. It was very uncomfortable. Also the store was dirty. And they weren’t busy.

Single patty with no bacon and nothing I ordered was on it. Frys are extremely salty. Very disappointing I have to drive 20 mins just to get my correct order..

Five Guys: Where the Bag is Greasy and the Manager is Salty
If you’ve got a craving for a burger and a wallet that’s feeling a little too heavy, Five Guys is your destination. Here’s the lowdown on the burgers, the beans, and the boss.
The Burger (The Reason We Suffer)
Let’s get the important stuff out of the way: the burgers are fantastic. They are juicy, customizable masterpieces that taste like heaven. Are they priced like they’re made of endangered Wagyu and gold leaf? Yes. I’m currently filling out a second mortgage application just so I can afford a regular cheeseburger and a “little” fry (which is actually a gallon of potatoes). But hey, once I’ve saved up for three months, I’ll be back for more!
The Peanut Situation
They offer free peanuts for you to munch on while you wait for your $20 bag of grease. It’s a nice touch, but honestly? I’d trade the bucket of nuts for a cheaper bill any day. I’m here for a cow, not to act like an elephant at the circus.
The “Manager Special” (With Extra Attitude)
The manager was on the line today, and let me tell you, he was serving up a side of attitude that wasn’t on the menu.
A Pro Tip for the Management: It’s just hamburgers and fries, my friend! Lighten up! We aren’t performing open-heart surgery; we’re flipping patties. The service should be as fun as the food. A little less “drill sergeant” and a little more “happy meal” would go a long way.
The Summary
The Food: 10/10 (Heart-clogging perfection).
The Price: Steep enough to require a financial advisor.
The Vibe: A bit tense. Relax, guys—it’s just lunch!
I’ll definitely be back… just as soon as I’ve saved up enough to cover the entry fee!

Haven’t been here in a while and forgot how good it is! Hugh portions of fries! Fantastic Chocolate Shakes! Even took a bag of peanuts with us. Little pricey but worth it.

Way overpriced, decent food, but we order 2 Little Fries and got half a bag of fries that are greasy. Be prepared to spend at least $20 for a basic burger

I ordered the little cheeseburger with my choice of many varieties of toppings. Cajun fries as a side order and an ice cold mellow yellow. A very polite hardworking three man crew. If you’re in the mood for an old fashioned hamburger with a little bit of a gourmet feel to it, this is your spot.

I think I know why they call it five guys, because the crew of two works as efficient as five people! The manager (I don’t know his name but he has a red beard) and crew are amazing! I was greeted with smiles and they were very helpful in helping my grandmother decide what she wanted and had the patience of saints! I thank you guys so much for that! The food here was as amazing as the staff very synergistic team and culture! I even peeled through the back and realized there was a 3rd employee cleaning in the back!

Where to start, it was my first time ever at a five guys. I asked for no Mayo.. bam.. glob of mayo on the burger.. I got a large fry, why did they dump them all in the bag, now im cleaning a grease spot out of my car seat. The fries had an extreme amount of salt on them. I like salt on fries.. but not so much your mouth burns from it. For the price of the food, I won’t come back. Even if it was free. Way better places to eat in that area.
