I can’t say enough about Aria. First of all, the location is spectacular. Center city under the Bank of America tower. Secondly, they validate parking which takes the “but where do I park uptown?” stress out of the equation. Great spot to grab dinner before a show/game/any uptown function.

This is more of a wine bar with accompanying food than a grill/restaurant per se, but the food offerings were well executed. A few more vegetarian choices would be nice, especially given a “no substitutions” policy that hearkens back to the Stone Age.

We stumbled across this restaurant as we were walking around town in Charlotte. There were very accommodating even though we didn’t have reservations (it was early 5pm) We ordered Chicken Parmesan and Mussels. They bring out beans with the fresh bread which I’ve never had beans with bread before but it was a unique touch. The fresh ingredients were very obvious and it was a classy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I needed a quick bite to eat before heading to the Spectrum Center and wow was this something special. I absolutely loved the low lighting. The waiter was quite amazing attending and making sure everything was good. I appreciate a waiter/waitress that provides good service. Left the restaurant and ended up talking about how much we both loved the dinner. Aria Tuscan Grill you are amazing we will definitely be back!

We were just walking through Uptown Charlotte & spotted this place. Well, we went in from the side (upstairs) and unknowingly interrupted their meeting before opening. We were actually inside the restaurant while other patrons were outside waiting. Anyways, they politely sat us at the hostess desk to wait. Once opened, we decided that we were under dressed & leave. The staff assured us that we were fine & guided us to the bar. We just ordered an appetizer and a drink, but everything was wonderful. The customer service was unmatched.

This is the ultimate date night spot in the heart of Queen City Center in uptown. My husband I called ahead for reservations. We got there 15 minutes early and were seated promptly. The bench where we were seated was not very comfortable so I would recommend a table with regular chairs. Our server was Matt and he provided fantastic service. We ordered the following: meatballs for appetizer, kale salad, lemon ginger fizz cocktail and a corona to start. I originally ordered the vintage Negroni but I didn’t not like that and had the lemon fizz per Matt’s recommendation. The meatballs were very delicious and fresh!! The lemon fizz is alcoholic, but not too strong with a hint of sweet. For entrees we had chicken parmigiana and the braised lamb dish. WOW! Please try these 2, they will not disappoint. Ambiance was very New York, swanky/sexy. I would recommend this place for a relaxing date night if you don’t mind spending $$$. Parking in a deck is probably best with a brisk wall to the restaurant.

Six of us (three couples) went to dinner at Aria on Friday, January 20th. It was the first day of Queens Feast restaurant week, and we figured that is was a good way for us to try out a restaurant that we had not been to.

Aaron, Francesca, and Dylan were amazing. 20/10 service, we attended for a wedding party and they were exceptional. Attended to every need, uncompromisingly professional, and undauntingly diligent. Exceptional staff that made the true difference in experience. Thank you so much for hosting us, and truly showcasing your best. As a fellow uptown restaurant and bar professional, I personally endorse their exceptional quality and professionalism.

We had a great dining experience at Aria! When we were inappropriately confident in our request to be seated for our reservation (booked for the 14th, showed up on the 15th!), we were given the option of sitting at the chef’s table (as as long as we vacated the space by a certain time). We agreed to the terms.
