I ordered a regular order of Cajun fries for $9 and this what I was given. Insanely over priced for this small serving. Really disappointed

Went in to get their cheeseburger. Not the little cheeseburger, but the cheeseburger. I am not sure if it was all the makeup the guy taking my order had caked on or he was just born a little slow, but he kept asking if I wanted two patties or one. I kept emphasizing I want the cheeseburger (which if you go to five guys you know has two patties, no need to ask). I even said if I wanted one patty I would order the little, but I wanted the cheeseburger. He kept insisting on asking if I wanted two patties or one, despite my emphasis on what I wanted. Obviously he needs retraining, as he does not understand how his own menu works, or perhaps just needs to wash the makeup off his face so he can think clearer, not sure which. Otherwise, food is great!

I was immediately greeted before I was even completely in the door. The staff is so friendly & it looks like they enjoy their job and each other. He took my order patiently & asked pertinent questions because I was not 100% sure of exactly what I wanted. I think he knew better than I did. Super clean dining room & restroom. Now for the food. Everyone complains about the price, but you get what you pay for. It was awesome. Not good, but awesome. Their amount of toppings was perfect for the patties & cheese. The bun was really soft & fresh. 5 Guys, hands down, has my favorite fries. I was full before my last 3 bites, but I couldn’t stop eating them. Don’t sully these fries with ketchup, they stand on their own. Well done 5 Guys on Memorial, you nailed it!

The short girl with the braids that took my order and greeted me when I walked in deserves a raise. I had just had a terrible experience somewhere else and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted once and greeted again when I got to the register. She helped me get the perfect order for me and was polite from entrance to exit. While I was waiting for my food, she even started cleaning the lobby and welcomed everyone who walked in. Pay that young lady whatever she wants because customer service like that doesn’t come around too often anymore.

Love the fries, like everyone else. Nice and fresh. Burgers are also delicious. Obviously. Lil pricey, but great taste. And they have the $13 combo now so that’s cool.

Their fries are the best, so fresh and usually 2 people can share a large. The food is always made fresh, I always get “all the way” toppings on my burger. One of my favourite burger places! I’ve never tried the milkshakes from here but I saw some other customers enjoying them – maybe I’ll try them next time!

We always enjoy five guys. We love their made to order little cheeseburgers and French fries. They are quick, homemade and delicious. I always get peanuts to eat while the food is getting made. Great prices too.

Five guys is not fast food, so don’t expect fast food pricing.

We ordered for 3 people:
3 double cheeseburgers
2 orders of fries
No drinks

The total was close to $50 dollars.

If you are looking for a quality beef burger, this is it.

The beef is very clean and without any fillers, the fries are made fresh. Burger price includes any add on veggies.

When we are in a mood for a sit down place to enjoy a nice beef patty burger, five guys is always on our top 3 picks.

I came in at 7:45, they close at 9. I was the only one there. Ordered a meal with a double cheeseburger. The guy ringing me up asked, single or double, clearly said double. Got home… got a single. Go to Braums folks. They’re as good or better and way cheaper. Sad because I’ve loved Five Guys in the past.

I went to 5 Guys tonight because I had read an online review about them in a food magazine, that praised 5 Guys highly.

I ordered a little burger and little fries.
On the burger I had mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, onion and fresh jalapeños.

I brought it home, heated up the fries in the air fryer, while I examined the hamburger.

The burger was quite large for a little burger and there were plenty of fries for a little fry.

The flavor was very good, the burger was juicy, and all the ingredients tasted excellent.

The fries were fine alone, with plenty of potato skin left on, and crispy even before I heated them @400⁰F in the air fryer for 3 minutes.

For a little burger and little fries the price was nearly $13.

For me that’s extremely expensive.
I suppose they justify by offering free peanuts and a large portion of fries.
(even in a small)
I didn’t have any of the peanuts because they were salted.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The burger and fries were excellent.

I will probably not return, but only because I am retired and on a fixed income from the VA.

Their atmosphere, food quality, and service, certainly justified their prices
—but I can’t justify paying their prices.

As I said, the burger and fries were excellent;
— but I’m more interested in saving money.

That’s obviously not 5 Guys fault, and so my recommendation is that they were definitely worth the 5 stars I gave them.

It’s not fast food, it is quite literally a quick service restaurant.
I’d recommend them to anyone.

They were good enough that for my birthday I might return and splurge on a large burger and fries.
