I can’t believe I’m posting for a fast food restaurant but (a) it was super tasty and (b) the staff deserve a huge shout out. I really enjoyed my “mini” burger (if the small ones are this big I can’t imagine the full size) and the service staff were very helpful given I hadn’t been to a five guys before. I didn’t think I’d come away both impressed by the service and the really delicious burger (all the way with grilled jalapeños FTW!!!).

So excited to have a Five Guys in Bentonville. Came in on opening day, tasted like they’ve been making burgers for a lifetime. Fast, excellent service too! Bacon BBQ burger for the win. Great, fresh fries! Plus, they have coke freestyle machines, so you can have a coke with just a touch of flavor, or extreme flavor – however you like it.

I don’t usually review fast food joints, but this is the cleanest, friendliest and most consistent 5 Guys location I’ve been to. The team there is on point and doesn’t miss. You don’t get that kinda service at fast food places these days, so good job on that! Place is always spotless compared to the one in pinnacle.

Always love Five Guys, but hadn’t been in a while and wasn’t sure what I wanted on my burger. Employee was super helpful to guide me through the menu and help me decide what to get. Delicious burger, as always! And, tried the Cajun fries and they were great!

I’m not a fan of Five Guys, but my family is & we were on a 2 week road trip – so I ended up here. Kudos to the staff! They were patient with us & sometimes we can be indecisive :-) The staff was top notch. The establishment was clean & they were funny. Nice, big clean bathroom. It was awesome for a lunch stop. Thanks for welcoming us!
