The concept is plain, simple but tasty and delicious
Order a plain burger, double, double cheeseburger, double cheeseburger and bacon, and then add all the toppings you want to add, lettuce, ketchup, you name it, that’s it. In the meantime your order is ready you can enjoy some free peanuts .

Customer service was terrible! I tried to order 2 large fries and the cashier told me that the large would feed a family of 5!!! So I got 1 order. When I saw how little fries we got, I sent my daughter to get a second “large” order. Needless to say you could see the difference. She got at least 3 time more fries! I paid $6.98 for large fries that fed 2 of my kids. While we were waiting for our food a couple walked in and we could hear one female employee rolled her eyes and said “ugh, here come 2 more”
My family walked in there at 7:30pm and thae other couple walked in around 7:40pm. You could tell they were eager to go home and did not want to serve more customers! I am not the one to write a bad review on any business, but this experience was not pleasant at all. I will not be going back to this location EVER! I felt like I was not welcome!
Oh, and we also orded 3 Milkshakes and they looked like melted ice cream!
This place is overrated and overpriced!

Great food, one of best burgers! Always slow however even when placing order online ahead of time be aware usually takes around 20 min or so for any size order regardless of how busy they are!

Customer service could use some work. Some tables were dirty as people don’t know how to pick up after themselves. The food is another story. Fresh, made to order and worth the wait. You will get your money’s worth regardless of the size of fries that you order. I ordered a small, yet I received about a quarter of a bag of Cajun fries.

I was at Five guys on 132nd at 7p and the lead manager was an impressive leader. She communicated with team and tried to get customers taken care of as soon as possible. It was busy!

So I hate when customers come in last minute, but today I was one of those. And the staff took great care of me. No attitudes. No fuss. Just great service. I wish I could’ve gotten all their names but none of them looked upset. If I was a manager of the place, I’d be super proud of my staff.

They completely messed up our order. They put my wife’s toppings on my burger and vice versa. We can get a better burger elsewhere at a sit down restaurant where you pay the same amount, and the requested tip you leave is for ACTUAL SERVICE!

My cheeseburger hamburger was not seasoned on this trip. I found this place over the years to be quite inconsistent. I’ve had amazing 5 guys, and abysmal 5 guys. If want to gamble I’ll go to the casino. Pick a different burger place.

Hadn’t been in a few years so I thought I’d give it another shot. It’s still good tasting – no one will argue with that – but man, the value is just not there anymore for the price increases since. Just comical, I don’t know who controls them but I think the greed is too much for what is essentially a glorified McDonalds. Also – why is there no longer the eagle sauce for the fries? 3/5
