Went into 5 guys last night and the lobby was dirty and only one worker was trying to clean it and the manager started yelling at him for it. Completely unprofessional experience… shoutout to Jerrell for actually doing his job though!! Jerrell was very nice and professional!… I wish I could say that for the rest of the experience.

Good food but it took over 35 minutes to get our food. Five different people ordered after us and got their order first. The fries were not hot and were limp. Not the usual hot and crisp.
One of the employees began cussing out the manager. There is obviously a morale problem. With five people on duty service should have been faster and more organized.

Food is good. After our hamburgers. We waited an hour before our shakes. One guy takes orders and runs cash register and then makes the shakes. When more people come in he stops making shakes to take orders. We will not ever go back.

I had an excellent experience at this particular five guys location! The people behind the counter were smiling and laughing with each other while they worked. It was very clean and all respects. The food was excellent! It is not the cheapest hamburger you will ever eat, but it is pretty fantabulous.

This was my first time at Five Guys burgers and fries. My son and I were not disappointed at all. A little pricey but a lot better value than Freddy’s. The double Hamburger and my son’s bacon cheeseburger were very good! My son ate his bacon cheeseburger before I could get a picture of it ! So it had to be good! And we got a lot of extra fries for the money. I was happy about that! When all is said and done we will be back again!

Tasty burgers & fries with bun-less lettuce wrap option I got a little burger & we shared a little fry between 3 people – it was plenty of food! They had the Coca-Cola fountain drinks with tons of options plus 6 different types of iced tea options This is a nice spot to meet a group of friends & dine inside or outside. They have high top tables & low tables inside.
