I’ve ordered from here several times for dinner. The food was always cold. So i stopped ordering from 5 guys. Today I needed lunch, so I thought maybe it won’t be cold in the afternoon, I got a little burger little fries, chocolate shake. The shake was very good. Not surprising the food was cold, not tempid, cold. I will not order from here again.

Pretty good lunch overall, but it’ll be my last visit ever to this location! It’s always been quite pricey! The”tips” jar was sitting in the middle of the counter to ensure you saw the large bucket and sign! The employee used humor and kindness the entire transaction to “distract” from the unhonesty taking place. I placed the order for a “cheeseburger,” large fries and a drink! The bill was $21+, so I thought, “Well, it’s been quite a while since I’ve eaten here, and the price is definitely the reason! I received my order, and it’s a “double cheeseburger,” and the rest was correct! I didn’t have time to argue the point, but at no time did i ever order a double!!! The employee, franchise owner, or corporation has an honest answer to this issue! In this area, 5 Guys is a fast food, and isn’t the best to visit! The parking is difficult and not worth the effort! This is goodbye to this franchise, and I won’t waste my time and effort again! The facility was relatively clean, and plenty of seating was available!

We came and got 2 burgers and a large fry and 2 drinks our ticket was #41 on October 6, 2025. I’m writing this in hopes the young man who waited on me gets recognized for his happy attitude. He was the only guy working at the front cooking the fries. You could tell he really enjoyed his job working there. I complimented him on it when I asked if he enjoyed working there in which he said yes. What a great person to have on your team shown as being a positive light in this world. Happy to be waiting on the customers.

My ‘go-to’ for burger and fries for the past decade.

PROs: I hadn’t experienced any issues from this place so far. My orders and food had been handled and packaged well. The establishment is fairly clean, especially the bathrooms. Condiment area is fully stocked and organized. And the folks are nice and welcoming.

CONs: Parking. Any establishment next to a Chik Filly is always a problem.

second time I’ve ordered from this location and ended up with a burger way too pink for my liking. Five Guys standard is well done so I’m not sure why I keep having this issue.

One of our family’s favorite stops for dinner out is definitely Five Guys! Love that you get to snack on peanuts during your wait! Lots of American classics food choices like hamburgers and hot dogs. We always just order one fries for us to share because they’re so generous with their food portions!

The fries are good, and my family has always loved the burgers. However, if you don’t eat burgers, this is not the place. They only have hotdogs, grilled cheese, veggies, and BLTs. I ordered a veggie sandwich for something light and the assembly was awful. I legitimately could not pick it up to eat it. The bread was soggy and smashed and the filling was just finely chopped bits of vegetables with no sauce to hold any of it together. The peppers were also barely cooked at all.
Overall, this particular experience was a bit of a bust for me, other than the cajun fries.

Very nice employees, but the quality of the ingredients they use has gone very far downhill. The buns have been stale, or almost stale the last 2 times I’ve been to the store, and today in addition to that, I bit into a 90% white tomato slice. I don’t want to pay 8 dollars for a burger and then bite into a chunk of hard, extremely underripe tomato. Disgusted, and very disappointed. Will not be going back to 5 guys for a long time, and definitely not this location.
