I really like Five Guys and I respect everyone when I go there so I would really appreciate it if I get some of that respect back. Today I went there and there is this lady at the register she was rude, rushed me the whole time, and gave the wrong order even though I told her what I wanted 3 times. Sorry, but I won’t eat there anymore .

Love eating at five guys. Last night changed that. The food was amazing as it always is, the older woman working behind the counter was very degrading. Never felt so dumb ordering food in my life. I ordered a cheeseburger and she asked what I would like on it, i replied with just cheese and ketchup, she was very aggravated with me saying that and would not let it go. She said that she made a lady very upset before over the same thing. She then asked my girlfriend a couple times if she understood where she was coming from. Was debating on not tipping at all but I assumed tips were shared and I wouldn’t want the rest of the staff to suffer from their coworkers ignorance, ended up tipping 20% paid for the order at 5:52PM. Some people just aren’t fit to serve in customer service, i hope nobody else has to deal with the disrespect I endured

When your burgers were eight or nine dollars, I was defending you guys when people would talk bad. Because your burgers are so much better than most other places that it was worth a couple extra dollars. Now you guys want thirteen dollars for a burger… you’ve gotten a little too big for your britches, and are trying to take advantage of your customers. I will happily be going to a&w for my burgers from now on since they’re just about as good and literally half the price. Honestly, wendy’s is good enough at six dollars an burger. Whoever is running your prices is a bad person that clearly doesn’t have any skills or abilities.So they are trying to milk this for all it is worth. It’s going to be very sad in ten years.When five guys doesn’t exist, all because some jerk thought it was worth twenty dollars a burger and then destroyed the company.

I had never been to Five Guys before this visit. When I went into this store the first thing I noticed was the music. It was too loud and it made me want to turn around and leave immediately. The cashier was obviously done with his day and just wanted it to be over. They took my order, and I need to say $22 for a burger and a small frie with no drink is asinine. They were relatively quick to get me my food, but it wasn’t fast enough because holy crap did I want to be anywhere else. Overall, I’m never going back to a Five Guy’s. Partly because of the general atmosphere, mostly because the prices are insane.
