My favoritest overall burger place in America. Fries and burgers are wonderful. Gets a little pricey feeding the whole family but it’s such a treat. I gave service a 3 star only because I had a gift card and employee did not know how to process them, nor gave any effort to ask another employee who may know. So I didn’t get to use it. Guess I will try again next time wishing better luck. Still love the place regardless. Also great variety of drinks.

Why so expensive for a basic burger!?? Super greasy burgers and fries! We had never been here before – when we asked the cashier how the menu worked, we were met with a rude reply – granted there was nobody else in line, so there was no need to also rush us along. Had stomach rot after we ate the grease bomb of a burger and fries. The store was quite loud with a loud speaker system, so it was difficult to hear. Overall just a bad experience.

Good food but the bathroom (women’s) was the filthiest I can remember seeing. The toilet especially. I’m talking not cleaned in a very long time. As a retired OTR truck driver, this is saying a lot.

I travel across MN for work, this is the first time in over a year that Ive been to a Five Guys where the person taking my order spoke English.

November 12th Wednesday went into Five Guy’s order burger ! The young gentleman cooked the burger to Absolute perfection! He very friendly and did his job very well! The young gentleman were very friendly and courteous! The burger and French Fries excellent that day! This young gentlemen was very good at his job, made perfect burger!!!

Food was great, and the front counter person was fantastic with an upbeat attitude. However, the person in grill seems to have a problem with having to do his job. It’s always nice to hear “Ugh God” with an eye roll mid order just because we’re getting food. Heaven forbid you have to do what you’re paid to do. Additionally, the other grill employee seems to have a grand time making the restaraunt reek of weed while on the clock. Terrible experience, and would rather have gone elsewhere.

Worst scene ice ever experienced at a restaurant of any kind….2 employees working completely clueless, then one made his own food and left while customers were waiting over 1/2 hour. Another employee appeared out of the back, made 1 order and disappeared again. I was there waiting for 45 minutes, two other couples were there longer than me. 1 order got made in 45 min. Meanwhile, 10 cuatomers piled up at the register and they were not even acknowledging by employees or had their orders taken for over 15 min.
