Our order was wrong and when I talked to the manager Rachel, she said come in next time and you will get the correct burgers… A few days later, we decided to try guys again and they comped our burgers plus fries. We didn’t even order drinks the last order, but they gave us free drinks as well… Went way over what I was expecting to get back for the issue… Amazing food as always

The food was fine, but this location is obviously understaffed. The staff was doing the best they could, but we had to wait for them to finish preparing food for them to take out order. I noticed a help wanted sign posted, so they are trying! Me and my husband both ordered cheeseburgers and we split fries. The burger were good, the fries were great! My husband also had a chocolate milk shake which he said was delicious. Although they were short staffed the restroom was still clean!

Food here is always amazing, it is a lot though so bring an appetite. I HIGHLY recommend the Bacon Burger with a small fry (order that size and you will know why i say small). It is a but loud in there but that is to be expected in an open grill kitchen where you can watch your burger be assembled and cooked. The staff is always super friendly and is as speedy as possible. Again, highly recommend

This store is sadly not wheelchair accessible. It has a “Handicap” table but it is impossible to use if you are in a wheelchair.
The store is also impossible to navigate the store if you are wheelchair bound. The lay out of tables and chairs when the store is occupied is not even enough room for an able-bodied person to walk through.

Worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. $40 for 2 burgers and 2 fries and they give you the equivalent of a small McDonald’s fry. Always late with your order as well, even though there’s never any customers there. Won’t be going to this one again.

Walked in 2 hrs before closing, and workers were out cleaning tables, in good spirits and greeted me at the door. Food was delicious as always. Very impressed!

Meh, I tried this location twice in the last few months. First time inside no one smiles or says thank you, they blank stare you. 2nd time I ordered ahead for pickup and I tipped ahead of time as well. Burgers were still not made correctly. No motivation there.

Greeted by a friendly young kid who was knowledgable of menu and helped me with order. Ordered a strawberry shake that was probably best shake I’ve ever tasted. Bits of yummy strawberries in it and not too thick. Had option of adding whipped cream. The burger was yummy and made fresh, fries definitely tasted healthier then other fast food joints. I couldn’t finish fries they overfilled my cup I had fries left in bag. It took about 10-15 minutes for my food but its all cooked fresh there, not microwaved!

But he got our order wrong (which cost us $6 extra), one soda machine was mostly water, the bathroom had no soap, and the hand sanitizer on the wall was empty.
But at least the burgers were good.
