Good food, everything was delicious. Just overpriced for the value. Could get really good, better pub burger or small restaurant for same price. Only go here once or twice in year maybe.

Ordered food via app and was informed it would be ready about ten minutes later. Headed over to pick it up, but they weren’t ready for another almost twenty-five minutes. My burger was uncooked except for a bit of a sear on the outside (thanks for exposing me to God knows what). Lots of other screw-ups here, but the takeaway is that I didn’t discover my undercooked burger until I had a mouthful of raw hamburger.

This was my first time at Five Guys. I was a little confused with the girls taking my order. For a Bacon Double cheeseburger with Fries & a Drink was $23. & some change. Plus she gave me a small cup of salt for what reason idk. I said No salt on my fries. Plus fries was soft should’ve cook a little longer. But that’s how it is.

I always feel like they have consistent, yummy burgers. Hubby goes with me, but this isn’t his favorite joint. He says there just isn’t anything special here. I kind of agree – I can’t say there’s anything special about these burgers, but it is always comforting somehow. Anyone else know what I mean? lol

I tend to order online and pick up. So far, they have NEVER been made on time. Like, NEVER. We always have to wait for them to finish the order. I think they don’t pay attention to the online orders until we come inside. And it’s not like they’re super busy in there either. Maybe one or two other customers inside when we walk in… but nothing is ever ready. So I’m still not sure with what’s up with that.

This last visit, I got a bun-less burger, wrapped in lettuce. They really did an overkill on the lettuce. See pic.

So normally, with all this, I would have docked more stars… but for some reason, I still keep coming back. And after the long wait and peeling off half of the lettuce, the taste still lingers. So a solid 4 for me.

There was nothing about a small bacon burger, sm fry, sm drink, cheeseburger, and large fry that justified a $38 price tag. They even got my order wrong, so I’m not sure if a small burger is 1 patty and a regular is a double burger as the recipe called for 3 patties when I didn’t order a double… fries were too salty for the kid. Mine were pretty good home style fries. Their gimmick of tossing extra fries in the bag left me with over 2 more large fries worth of fries?? That doesn’t make up for what should have been maybe a $20 meal. Not that they offer meals, it is all a-la-cart. Bottom line: never going back. I’m not sure why people pay that much for what they are.

We went there for the first time with our grandchildren. We ordered hamburgers, fries and drinks. We spent $52. Our food came in a greasy bag with the sandwiches on the bottom and the fries thrown in the bag. We had to dig through the greasy fries to get our sandwiches, which was not appetizing to say the least! The fries should have been in a container.

This location was very clean and the staff all very happy and eager to take my order. My order was a take out. Everything tasted marvelous. Five Guys is not a normal stop. So the flavor and taste has lived up to expectations.

Staff was friendly and efficient all the while trying to get a big order out. Prices may seem high BUT the quality of the burgers and quantity of fries is well worth it.

I was accused of lying about a refund that I NEVER GOT! This entire situation started after I was given incorrect and sloppy food at this location. The district manager told me I could go to any Midwest Five Guys location for a meal replacement and a refund. I went to a different location because I did not want to return to this one. At the other location I was given a meal replacement and supposedly a refund that I NEVER GOT! After waiting weeks I noticed my refund never entered my account. I went to speak to the manager at this location and was spoken to and treated as if I was wasting his time.
