I’m very grateful that this location just opened much closer to my home. As I prepared to head into work I placed an order online for pickup. Walking through the door I was reminded just how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is here. The staff was even more welcoming and personable. I was able to pick up my order promptly. I’m also very satisfied with the quality of the food.

I had a frustrating experience at your store (again). I came to pick up an order and provided the correct first and last name of the customer. The employee still insisted I show my phone screen, even after I said I already verified the order. That felt unnecessary and disrespectful—especially when I was clearly in the right and handling something important on my phone.
For the record, DoorDash never tells drivers to show their phone screen—just to give the customer’s name and the order number if asked. That’s all that’s needed. I can’t just walk in and guess a random name and magically match it with an existing order. If you think there’s an issue, ask for the order number—don’t demand to see a private screen.
This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with attitude or this issue at this location. Please do better with customer service and respect people’s time and privacy.

Cashier was good and fries were great. Now the burger was terrible. I skipped going to Culver’s because I wanted a different burger. Wrong choice. The patty was unappealing and I had to put pepper on so it had better flavor. I spent 20 dollars on fries and a burger that I wasn’t happy with. Won’t be going back not even for the fries.
