They need to come up with a system that offers people discounts or rainchecks for unsatisfied customers because I’m sure then that they would pay more attention to the food they are putting out. I paid $25 for a small burger and a LARGE fry with a shake. I would expect soggy fries and an underwhelming burger from McDonald’s but not for $25 this is a bit lengthy but I’m a little pissed. And hangry annoyed that I have to go home and throw these fries in the oven to crisp them up. I will not be having 5 guys for awhile. At least not at the Creasy location.
Sorry guys.
Cons: The burgers are expensive, at least $8 for the burger alone and only going up from there, potentially contrary to their sign that boasts “best bargain”. All the tables were dirty and the trash receptacles were full, but there were only 4 employees.
I don’t feel like I can accurately judge this Five Guys’ service as a whole based on my visit, as it was almost 10 pm and the employees were clearly tired. I’d recommend the Cajun fries over the regular, as long as you’re fine with a bit of spice.
But also remember that this is my experience and I think that it had a lot to do
With the staff working
There..the kids were really cool with this old trucker, so when I get the chance, I will definitely stop at this
Location again.
