These patties keep getting smaller and smaller. It would’ve taken less time to order in person than to use the kiosk. Food was hot, fries were a bit soft. The drink machines were stocked. Am still surprised how small my double hamburger was – patties and veggies included.

Went into Five Guys tonight to pick up a $60+ order. A heavy set black woman was changing the trash by the front door, when my sister saw her look me up and down and muttered under her breath that “people are crazy.” Completely uncalled for. Walked in and minded our own business to grab our food real quick after ordering online. I was wearing warm slippers, a cozy sweater, and skinny jeans, and this poor excuse of an employee had the audacity to make a remark about her customers. Not to mention, she did not proceed to wash her hands after touching trash. Will not be returning to this location due to cleaniness and the treatment of paying customers.

I haven’t had a Five Guys burger in many years so I decided to scratch that itch. I decided to have lunch there. The people were nice and the place is well .. like every other Five Guys. I have to say it was a little disappointing. While it wasn’t very busy and I dined in, the cheeseburger I had wasn’t very hot. I actually didn’t finish it and threw it away. The fries were fine. For the price, more than 20 dollars for a cheeseburger, fries, and regular drink, you could do better.

The workers that work here need to be reported ASAP. I wish I could but could not find anywhere on their website to report them. We have waited multiple times as delivery drivers and just as regular Joe’s coming in to get something to eat. They have taken over 20 minutes to get our food. We should not have to wait that long. They had multiple people in their lobby. They also had deliveries at least 14 of them that were up. None of them even touched because they were helping customers first. Instead of the delivery driver people, the workers worked very slow. Would talk to each other putty it around store. Putting the food on very slowly wrapping the food on very slowly corporate really needs to look at this place and get new people into it because how they’re running it right now is ridiculous. You are in Notre Dame area. You need to work fast. Come on now and your customer service is really down the drain

I used to dine at their Grape Road location a lot whenever taking a trip to UP Mall. The Eddy Street Commons location is similar in quality and professionalism.
I still prefer the Grape Road location over this one only because there were a few times when their computer system was down. I don’t really fault them for that, though.
Five Guys is still my go-to burger no matter the location.

My daughter and I went for dinner tonight and there was a little mixup with our burgers, one was made incorrectly. I took it up to the counter and the gentleman immediately apologized and quickly got the fresh burger out. When I picked it up he offered a complimentary drink or shake but I ultimately denied it because we had already had some at our table. I wasn’t upset, I completely understood and told them it was totally fine and there were no worries. But a few minutes later another gentleman in a black uniform comes to our table to sincerely apologize once again and hands me a gift card for my next visit. I wasn’t expecting anything free in return for the small mistake but WOW!!! This service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you to both of the guys who went above and beyond today, I really appreciated the effort in making sure we were satisfied. We will absolutely be back.

Above average 1 bacon burger, 1 bacon cheeseburger, 2 regular fries, and to regular shakes came to $43.01. So, imo, the price was a bit high but the food was delicious. Recommended
