Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with Mayo, Onion, Lettuce, Ketchup, Mustard and a Large Fry.
I get home to eat my burger and opened up the wrapping to find not only the incorrect order…. BUT NO BURGER AT ALL…literally only the buns and condiments… no burger whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back.

The staff was friendly(ish) and the service was pretty fast. My Bacon Cheeseburger was disappointing though. There was almost no flavor at all. The fries were good. I also don’t like the atmosphere. The music was way too loud and extremely overstimulating.

Best dang fries around. But they do salt them a bit much. The burgers are excellent, except for ONE thing, and that’s the plain, generic buns. They are not great.
The place is a noisy venue to eat at, but that can have a charm of it’s own, i guess. The prices are high, but the food is great.

Huge shout out to Grant and his team for exceptional, above, and beyond service! I’ve been a little homesick this week. Being a California native, Ohio transplant, and lots of great memory’s at a famous burger place on the west coast, Grant served up not only delicious food, but I would have to say provided one of my top 5 best customer service experience’s I ever had! Thanks guys for 5 diamond hospitality and such a great vibe in your store. I think blink 182 (not positive) was on the radio and some singing and surfer vibes happening in the open air kitchen in Ohio was just a magical, much needed moment. Every time I go into this location I remember how much I love it there. P.S that famous west coast burger place pales in comparison to 5 guys burgers. I am rather critical of service. Having worked in management with some of the most renowned hospitality companies in the world, I truly appreciated tonight’s experience. Five Guys, I hope you know what a gem you have in Grant! I can only imagine how many job offers he gets weekly from his customers!

While it is a little pricey, the burgers were fantastic and the fries were also great! I am picky about burgers—and these were very good. Outdoor seating was so nice on a sunny day. I would say that you could consider it being a more sit down restaurant food that is fast. I got the cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and Mayo. We will certainly be back!

Five guys makes a great burger and fries. After ordering your meal at the counter it is not long before your number is called and your burger is ready. The thick cut French fries are fresh. The burgers are hot and juicy.

The burgers and fries (and now milkshakes, too!) are consistently fresh and tasty. They don’t scrimp on the fries or the toppings, there’s ample amounts of each! The friendliness of the crew is always present, and they make you feel welcome in their establishment. Keep up the good work!

Pretty good burger and fries. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with everything not knowing how many toppings that they had. It was an enormous burger for sure & very delicious. The staff had plenty of smiles to share. I will be back.

The food is always good and the place is clean, but the customer service is consistently off. This isn’t a one-time thing—every visit, the staff seems bothered and agitated, like they’d rather not deal with customers. Today we waited over 30 minutes for a to-go order with no communication. We stood right in front of the window while food was being passed around us, and no one acknowledged us until we asked. When we did, the response was short and dismissive. It’s a pattern, and unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the whole spot.
