Our first time visiting. Didn’t really know what the place was about. I’m not into burgers that much… so I got grilled cheese with tomato, son got a double cheeseburger. The meat on their burgers was lovely. My grilled cheese was cold. We ordered one small Cajun fry and it was enough for both of us. Decent shakes. Very expensive.

Ordered to go 15 min before closing. Very welcoming staff!!! They have my favorite lettuce wrapped burger. A little heavy of the lettuce but I do not mind that at all! I can always pull a lityle off but I cant add on.

Who doesn’t love fresh-cut fries (county fair style), and why not fry them in Peanut oil to make them crispy with a Pinch of Cajun power to crave for more. The best thing for which I like to come here more often is their, free fried peanuts. U can eat as many as u want as long as u are inside the store. Their Burgers and Sandwiches are Juicy too.

Always my go to when I’m craving a burger. I usually go once a month and really look forward to it. Go to order is the bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, mayo, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and jalapenos – they knock it out of the park each time. The service at this particular place is amazing – I go there often enough that they know me by name. Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing haha

Excellent burger and Excellent fried fries . Salt on fries was too much for me until I ordered it with low salt . BTW you can order it with no slat as well. Service is quick and organised. With many orders, I did not face a mistake in one of them. The team are so friendly and keeps welcoming all the time.

I don’t know if different locations make a difference however I’m very satisfied with the one near Polaris. Stop at this one Saturday, somewhat disappointed at the french fries the one on Polaris gives you your French fries Plus adsmore to the bag. Order two double cheeseburgers, with various toppings. They were not able to get the toppings correct, one of the cheeseburgers had no toppings at all. Went back in and spoke with the manager I did not want a replacement Burger yeah, but I want her to be aware oh, that they did not get the order correct. And I recommended that she speak to her staff. I go to Five Guys because of the quality hamburgers usually one receives. I told her it would have been very easy for me to go to the Steak and Shake and got in the same hamburgers with french fries for $8, instead of the $26 I paid at Five Guys. But I like quality no, they certainly failed this time. The photo attached should have had lettuce tomato onion pickle and catch up as you can see it’s plain except for the cheese. Very disappointed with this visit no, I think I’ll stay with the one that’s on Polaris on Route 23 North

Never ordering from here or 5 guys again period. Customer service was terrible. Stood at the counter repeatedly saying “excuse me” the young girl working behind the counter stood there with her hands in her armpits! Looked dead at me 3 times when i finally said “Hey!” Can i get some help? She then got a terrible snotty attitude reluctantly removed one hand from her armpits to ring up my drink. Handed me my cup with her freshly removed armpit hand and said here! I paid 60$ for some cheeseburgers and got the nastiest service from any food service provider i have received. If i hadn’t already paid for the food online i would have walked out. If you’re looking for a good burger and like being treated like you sacrificed someone first born. I recommend this place. If not go to Game its rite down the road. they aren’t as good on the burgers but service is great.

While ordering my food I was met by a cashier who clearly she thought she was better than everyone and anyone else. If I’m spending $40 on 2 hamburgers for my girlfriend and I, we don’t need her attitude along with it. Poor service but good food.

The cajun fries — when they’re fresh — are straight-up bombastic. My go-to order is the Cheeseburger (two patties), but I always ask for just one slice of cheese (otherwise they throw on two). I like to add grilled onions and fresh jalapeños for that extra kick. I used to add mushroom too, but something is off with that lately.
Pro tip: I always ask for hot sauce and mayo on the side so I can add it myself — keeps the burger from getting all soggy in the wrapper.
Overall, not a bad spot when you’re craving a quick, juicy burger!
