I will never, ever go back to that place. The cashier has a bad attitude towards Latino people, and they serve the burgers however they want. I don’t recommend it; I felt offended there. I had heard many good things about it, but they ruined everything.

This is a large fry? How is this worth $7? Two of these are not worth $16.35. What an absolute rip off. Why are they using these plastic bags and charging $7 for 1 of these.

I should’ve just went to Subway or Lenny’s. This’ll be the last five guys for me anymore; because this isn’t the first or second time this location has done this. Wasted time coming out here and I should’ve got Lenny’s instead.

I love 5 guys. The burgers are always on point. The fries are always full. Man they are expensive though.

Great food, clean & kept up restaurant. Bright & cheerful when we walked in. They have a couple cases of free whole peanuts to munch on after we placed our order our food, which was different, & gave us something to do while we waited. I don’t eat beef, but enjoyed their BLT sandwich. My family enjoyed their bacon burgers. And they don’t play around with their fries! When we ordered a large fry to split, the portion was HUGE! So we took like half of them home & had them with lunch the next day. Only disappointment was 1) they forgot to put bacon on my husband’s burger, but that easily resolved. 2) Not a lot of choices if you don’t eat beef or meat in general. No veggie burgers, no chicken, turkey, or fish sandwiches. We will definitely be back though.

My family and I had a terrible experience with the cashier at this place. She’s a short, white woman. I didn’t include photos because when I tried to take her picture, she disappeared. The service and attitude were awful. She didn’t give us our order correctly, and then the food preparers got angry when we went to complain. The manager of this place should be paying attention to the behavior of the employees; they are very racist because we are Latino. I will never go back to this racist place with its rude employees.

Better than expected. Placed my order, grabbed my drink and had only eaten 6 peanuts and they were calling my number. The burgers and good and hot as were the fries. I did notice that the counter worker ordered the patties before the order was finalized so it wasn’t surprising that the service was that quick.

Phillip was amazing! We ordered carry out for two. As we were walking out, Phillip stopped up and reminded us of the whipped cream we almost forgot. 10/10

New review 1/11/23 .. used new app and really like it… now to the review… i ordered 2 cheeseburgers , a large cajun fry and a small fry .. i go pick up my order and walk inside and am not greeted (ok no big deal but act like you didnt just get stoned and communicate and put in eye drops. Anyways I was literally the only one there waiting and dude forgot what order I was there to pickup . Get my order and immediately check my bag bc it feels like they forgot half the order .. however they didn’t forget however neither fry order was even a full cup . And there were like 8 bag fries … for 13 dollars worth of fries alone I should have gotten. More fries than humanly possible to eat… literally paid 12 13 bucks for the same amount of fries I can get for 3 dollars at McDonald’s. I don’t appreciate getting shafted on my food . If the policy is still load up the whole bag w fries then they need new employees who aren’t stoned , or to train the ones they have on consistency! And if that’s not the way 5 guys does anymore then please don’t charge 7 bucks for 3/4 cup of fries . I sent in my info on 5 guys website . Owner or corporate please contact me to resolve this . I want to keep going to this location but after this service I probably will be reluctant to waste 3 hours of my pay for what equated to not even enough food to fill me up .

Usually it’s good here , ordered online . 1 Cheeseburger lettuce wrap and 1 cheeseburger . On The lettuce wrapped burger , the lettuce was soggy and falling apart, on my burger I didn’t get all the toppings I ordered didn’t get pickles and what’sworse there are toppings I didnt order on it (2 juicy tomato slices ) I can’t stand tomato and am throwing my bun away . Will check my order in store next time I suppose . I will say I’ve had delicious food from here about a month ago , lettuce wrap was crunchy and a fork was given with it . Burger was hot and toppings were correct. Tonight however I hate I spent 25 on the 2 burgers and a fry , it was not hot nor correct .

I visited this restaurant when it first opened. I refuse to spend this much money on a burger and fries. $$$$$. The next time I went I ordered a burger with no fries and water. This was a reasonable amount. I did the survey on my receipt and told the company the serving of fries was crazy big and they should consider a less expensive smaller serving. Well they listened. It is still ridiculous , almost $10 for the small burger which was a good serving and a small fry and no drink. The small fry is about half a brown lunch bag for 3.29 enough for 3 people. I ate a small serving and threw away the rest. I will not be purchasing fries again. They are good, real home fries with a little peel left on. I am thrifty if I eat out which is a waste of money.

Some of the best burgers and fries in the Memphis area. The price matches the quality of the burger. The dining a few a is very sparse. They have free peanuts in the shell to enjoy while you wait for your food but there is no area set up for that wait. The sparse modern look kind of clashes with the large bags of peanuts and potatoes. I’m not sure what decore they are aiming for. There is no real ambience, but the food makes up for that.
