My buddies and I ate at 5 Guys last Wednesday for lunch. The food is very good but quite greasy. My hamburger bun disintegrated while I was eating it. The fries portions are beyond belief. I recommend 5 Guys, but I would get a knife and fork to be on the safe side.

5 Guys had its day but they’ve lost their appeal. The burgers are dry and flavorless, and I expect a better bun and REAL cheese for a $10+ burger. Their fries used to be fresh and plentiful, and almost a justification for the burger price. I don’t know what’s going on with them now but my order looked like a couple of old batches that were thrown in the fryer for a second coming, they were a fail!! 5 Guys is now the worst most expensive burger meal in town.

I go into a 5 Guys knowing what I’m going to get and what I’ll have to pay for it. So while it’s a bit pricy, I do know it’s going to be a good burger. The peanuts get them bonus points and keep them at a 5 star.

This location was no exception. The wait and staff were as expected.

Ordered my burger with barbecue sauce.

Sat down and noticed no barbecue sauce on the receipt, so I asked the man who took the order if he got the barbecue sauce. He said, I got you.

I got home without a drop of barbecue sauce, and became nauseated about 2/3 of the way through from all the grease.

Paid way too much for that experience. Fries are the reason the food got two stars.

Always love this restaurant. Burgers are customizable so you choose how delish you want it. Is very pricey for burgers and fries, but I think it is worth it. Burgers are fresh and fries are as well, they usually fill the bag up with those.

The burgers and fries are still great. We got them to go. I couldn’t really understand what anyone was saying because of the masks. They told me that there were no peanuts available, but I saw big bags of them. I don’t know why because I couldn’t understand the guy through his mask. I love the strawberry diet Dr. Pepper in their soda machine. Everything is really expensive, though. It’s almost $10 for the big bacon double cheeseburger. Still, it’s WAY better than fast food.

My mother and I were going to eat at this location but we refuse to have to walk around the local homeless person that’s laying in front of their entrance on a sleeping bag. This person is there everyday when we pass this location and when I called the manager on duty (Kayla maybe, it was hard to understand her) at this store, her answer was telling me she will tell him to scoot over. She also told me that he doesn’t ask anyone for anything because people will buy him food all day and give it to him. I told her that’s because he knows the game and actually what he’s doing is illegal. The plaza that this 5 Guys is in has numerous no soliciting and loitering signs posted everywhere and this location doesn’t care. No customer wants to go to a business having to walk around a homeless person at their entrance on a sleeping bag.

Always a good experience at Five Guys! Yes, it costs more than McD’s or BK, but it’s SO worth it! The portions are huge and the food is cooked fresh to order. The tables and restaurant are always clean. Employees are friendly and helpful!

Always great burger, fries were a little soggy but that could easily be attributed to the drive home. Regular at Five Guys and will continue to be

It’s what you’d expect, better than any other fast food burger place but way more expensive. Service is always good too. I do wish they upgraded their soda machines. You almost have to finger punch all your selections.
