I loved Five Guys…the fries are just amazing and tasty, always fresh made. This location has employees for a little while because I usually see them always i go and they always go above and beyond! They are great giving a great experience to all customers and always have a smile. Love going there!

Please how do you mess up 3 hamburgers up! # 1 plain but we get bacon and cheese on it….. #2 cheese Burger everything on it except mayonnaise and ketchup. This one had ketchup everywhere and it was a double patty. #3 Cheeseburger with bacon double patty everything on it except Onions. We got cheeseburger ketchup tomato and lettuce the bacon wasn’t on there and it was a single patty. I can understand making a mistakes but this whole order was completely made wrong or you gave us the wrong order and the reason I’m complaining is when you pay over $45 for it shouldn’t be that many mistakes. we kind of know what we like to eat my son doesn’t need anything but a plain burger so I know that was incorrectly out of my mouth I don’t even double hamburger and I have never liked ketchup and ketchup was on my burger and I ordered a single pan and my husband’s burger he ordered a double burger with everything on it except mayonnaise and he got a single burger with tomato lettuce and that was it and his bacon wasn’t there actually his bacon was on mine so this is just a total screw I’d like a refund for my money and I have the receipt and we remember who was there to take the order in Hendersonville TN . We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Of course I didn’t eat my hamburger because I can’t stay and ketchup and my son gave me his hamburger because you have stuff on it when it was supposed to be plain so you could probably see what we got a problem a mail that was wasted. Again someone gave us the wrong order or they just didn’t take the order correctly but I like it to be reimbursed cause that’s a lot of money and it’s a lot of money to make a mistake. The Carters

We visited it and we were two families and ordered burgers for everyone — and wow, they did not disappoint! Every single person loved their burger. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was great, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving a really good burger!

A cheeseburger for $12 without a drink or fries is asinine. Took a long time to receive my order. The place had dirty tables and floors. Many better places for a burger in Hendersonville. I will not be back.

Our meal was so good… fresh fries, amazing made-to-order burgers. Service was also great with someone from behind the counter coming out to check on us and offering to refill our drinks.

The price for the smallest cheeseburger, a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and two soft drinks was right at $40.
Although the hamburgers and fries were AMAZING…..the price wasn’t. This type of meal will probably be a rare, special treat for us rather than somewhere we would visit often.

If you ever want good and fast service…. this is the place…. if you and your loved one want a romantic day out to eat…. this is the place. If god asks you where to go eat at you bring him here. This is the holy grail of ” I need something to save my day” if you just so happend to go to another restaurant and the wait times where …. disgusting. Over all this was by far the best I’ve had in a while.

Cheeseburger Day, expecting to celebrate the holiday with a deal. Nobody on staff even knew it was National Cheeseburger Day. When I asked about a discount, no one could answer me.
I asked if Five Guys had an app, and the employees said they didn’t know. The manager finally came out, but he wasn’t helpful either. He told me there was an app, but didn’t seem familiar with it, and when I asked how to get the promo code, he said, “I’m not sure, maybe they email it to you.”
So here I am, in a hamburger restaurant on National Cheeseburger Day, and not a single person knew about the promotion. I walked away paying full price for my burger, which honestly defeats the whole purpose of the holiday.
If your staff doesn’t even know about your promotions, or how your app works, that’s a problem. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Five Guys.

Five Guys is always great but this location was exceptional! I was greeted when I came in and had such a fun time ordering due to Melissa. She asked how I was doing and I did the same. It’s nice to be human in a world that is losing care and compassion.
The food was made fast and just as I ordered. I had a bacon cheese dog with extra mayo. They even gave me a container with extra mayo just in case. What service!
This was my first time at this location due to travel for work. I will keep them in mind for future trips.
