I ordered a large fry.
I got barely enough to cover the bottom of the bag.

I really don’t get the hype. It was an unseasoned griddle hamburger and undercooked fries for sit-down restaurant prices.
They also shoveled a whole three inches of fries into the bag, so the burger wrapper was coated in oil and it’d soaked through the bag before I even walked out.
Oh, and of course the machine asks you for a tip.
The lady at the counter was nice enough though.
I very much doubt I’ll eat at this chain again.
Edit, after response: asking me to go to your website and spend 5 minutes filling out all my complaints again so you can log it in your database, with personal information, so that I can MAYBE hear something back is the most empty corporate response ever. I’m not asking you for anything, I’m trying to let people know what to expect… and this lack of caring just furthers that.

Burgers are good. We don’t even consider this place anymore due to the price. It’s a burger and fries not a steak and shrimp, price needs to be corrected.

You know what you’re getting at a chain like this. The burgers are good and filling. A bit pricey. The fries are plentiful and fairly good. A bit salty today, but that’s not always the case. Love the peanuts to much on while you wait. Speaking of which, wait time was reasonable.
