Absolutely insane. The staff is super friendly with spot-on recommendations, but let’s be honest — the Reese’s milkshake is the real star here. Pure madness. Thick, creamy, outrageously good… honestly one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had.
The burgers were fantastic, the fries were great, and the refill situation was perfect. Even the water tasted clean and fresh, not like chlorine at all.

This place is an absolute dream for a fry lover like me! The burger and fries are truly amazing, and the quality is top-notch.
The Burger: The burger was incredibly juicy, the bun was perfect, and the cheese was delicious. It’s a classic, well-executed American cheeseburger that you can customize exactly how you like it.

I consider myself a massive fry fan ( ❤️) and ordered a Large, thinking I was ready. I was completely defeated and unable to finish the cup! I highly recommend saving yourself the food waste and money by ordering the Small fries, Unless you are sharing. You will still receive an extremely generous portion that easily serves two people!

Amazing customer service! We had a family gathering here, so there were 10 of us. The staff was super kind and even offered to split our daughter’s shake for us, as well as get ALL of our food perfectly organized and delivered in record tome! They even took our family picture for us. It was such a great dining experience, it didn’t feel like a fast food joint as all! The food was exactly what we wanted and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was clean and very well maintained. And it was a weekend rush when we arrived, they did all of that while staying very on top of what their other customers wanted. It was awesome to witness and this is coming from an ex-retail manager for over 15 years. It’s a rare thing to witness a synchronized ship working in perfect order. Great job guys!

The burgers are always fresh and flavorful, but let’s be honest, the real bonus is the abundance of fries. They don’t hold back at all, and I’m definitely not complaining. Great food, generous portions, and a consistently satisfying experience every time I visit.

Busy and a bit disorganized, the establishment was also a bit dirty during its rush, but all staff were busy in the kitchen. They didn’t seem to be able to keep up, but not for lack of people.
After we received our food, it was of excellent quality. It’s a straightforward experience without a lot of interference from any flavors you don’t specifically ask for. Hamburger patties taste like beef perhaps mildly salted. Plenty of topping options available. The fries are great. Fresh and seasoned with a Cajun spice blend. I tried my wife’s shake, but didn’t find that it really lived up to the hype surrounding it. I’d had as good or better in plenty of quick service establishments, but it was fine. Drink machines were the Coke Freestyle models, which are great, but they were out of product here and there.
As a rule, if you want a burger and fries, you know what you’re getting into. Five Guys has a well-earned positive reputation, but as with any restaurant or business, a good model is only as good as its staff. This one? Around average. The product pretty much sells itself, anyway.

Their computers were down and they did an excellent job. The kid work on the desk got it all done and done right and in an efficient manner, I was actually surprised food was as normal excellent and what you would expect whoever the kid was working on the counter deserves extra kudos because he did a great job And most people his age couldn’t even add up or subtract to make change, but he was doing that and write in handwritten tickets way to go.

Five guys never disappoints . Gut the bacon cheeseburger and the Cajun fries. The burger was unbelievable as always, the fries were too heavily seasoned but bearable. If you have room left after your meal, the milkshakes are worth the calories.

Our family has been coming to this location for about 10 years. Used to once a week, now once every 3 months. But seriously, $20/person for a burger,Fries and drink at a fast food place is hard to take. It is hardly busy anymore. Maybe if you cut a few employees who are just standing around, you could cut your prices and win back consistent long time customers like us.

Hey Ya’ll…this is one if the newer 5 guys in Ft. myers. The location is great ☆(Forum Shoppes) -off Colonial ( co rd 884) near I-75. The Fries were excellent, fresh Peanuts, and the indoor/outdoor seating is also excellent. The Little Hamburger was average today. The Crew was friendly and attentive. I’d recommend them.
