The only reason I gave it 4 stars for service is because you wind up waiting sometimes for your order to be fulfilled.

The great deal of their business comes from delivery service drivers who pick up orders.
Sometimes you we’ll have to wait an extra 15 20 minutes for your food to be served because they’re taking care of those online orders as they come in.

Stopped by this 5 guys for lunch. The lady who took our order was AWESOME! She made my wife and I feel very welcome! Our food was delicious! I wish I could remember the cashier’s name for a proper recognition. This lady had a fantastic soul.

This place lacks the ability to cook a good burger and getting orders correct. The last time I ordered two burgers with certain items on each one and they were both wrong. Tell me how you can get an order wrong when you’re looking at the order receipt that shows what goes on the burgers. Whoever made my burgers must not be able to read. Won’t be returning. Use to love five guys. Yall use to have great food.

Love five guys, to expensive but we don’t go often, food is always good, my biggest complaint at the Lakeland store on s Florida is it’s ALWAYS TO DARN COLD IN THE LOBBY!! I had on 2 jackets and a wrap and i was still freezing. Let’s put the heat on once in awhile.

The burgers are good but it’s way overpriced. The fries arent great and you’ve gotta order way too many. There are better chain and local burger spots nearby, so honestly surprised this has stuck around this long.

The food is good and the service is fast. The mail issue I have with 5 guys is the pricing. I think they could reduce the portion size to a normal size meal and lower prices some. I don’t need my entire bag to be filled with fries and I would go here more often if they would charge less.

This usually my go to Five guys and they are typically really good. However this time visiting was a little disappointing. When we walked in we were greated but no one came up to take our order. I understand being busy but there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The waiting isn’t the problem. The problem is not knowing if they forgot about us. They could at least say “we’ll be right with you” or some kind of acknowledgement. Lastly they got our order wrong. The person that took our order actually repeated our back to us so I’m not sure why it was wrong. Luckily my wife didn’t mind too much. The food was great and fresh. I am definitely going back, everyone has an off day. I would still recommend this place.

Burgers are on the more expensive side but they have gotten way better at this location. A year ago the burgers were soggy and slapped together. The last few times they have been on point.
