Five guys used to be the go to place for burgers and huge order of fries I guess those days are over. I ordered a little cheeseburger and regular fries. The burger was ok but the fries, my god the fries, first the don’t use the cups anymore so the portion is a lot smaller and then they had the audacity to use more slat than potatoes. Completely inedible I saw less white powder on Tony Montanas face in his last scene in Scarface than what was on my fries which I had to toss because I hadn’t refilled my blood pressure meds yet and didnt want to have a stroke.

Let me start off by saying that this is my first time actually having food from Five Guys. I’ve done DoorDash and UberEats for many locations but never eaten there.
I informed the employee that took my order that I’ve never eaten here before and he was so helpful with my decision making. He was very informative and explained items throughout the menu for me. It was definitely a smooth transition.
As I waited for my order I could see the other employees working together to get food prepped, made and expo. Didn’t take long for my order to be ready.
All the employees were so polite and respectful. My overall experience as a first timer was definitely a good one.
I sat in the lobby area to eat my food while I killed time and as I looked around the establishment and things was very well kept and easy to navigate through. The music in the background was nice to listen to. I was able to find everything on my own without having to ask for help which a major key for me.
I’ll definitely be returning soon. Services overall were great and definitely plays a part in why I’ll return. Keep up the good work!!

During my visit, I was there with my family, and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The staff member who took our order spoke in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner. She made mistakes with our order more than once, yet continued with the same poor attitude instead of handling the situation professionally.
Mistakes can happen, but respectful communication is expected.

I like Five Guys a lot. The burgers are really good and the fries are very good as well.
However, it is not cheap, not even close. This is why I do not eat there very often.
This was the first time I had been in years, and it was very good.
One problem, they used to give you a lot of fries, more than enough to share. I do not know if I was unlucky or someone is stingy, we did not get that many fries. Also, the small side of Cajun fries, they taste good, way way too much seasoning on them. Once again, not sure if it was a fluke or if that is how they are. I just do not eat here that often.

Dec 26th 6PM, only one person is working, accepting orders and cooking. Did the worst burgers, patties were black and crunchy. Fries also were overcooked. This is not 5 guys level of service what was expected.

So I would have given better than 1 star had I received any response back from the email I sent to customer service. Unfortunately I never heard back so I’m leaving this review here. Order food for my girlfriend and I with a regular fry. There were maybe 4 or 5 fries in the bottom of the bag when there is usually a scoop. If this is the new norm that’s fine and I can order a larger size next time but as far as I know this is not the norm and I was cheated out of fries. Very disappointing as five guys is fairly pricey.
