Unfortunately, this place is not recommended. It’s the second time I’ve gotten GASTROENTERITIS after eating here. The manager should audit the employees—and the manager themselves, if there is one. It took over 25 minutes to receive an order that had already been purchased online. There were many people waiting unnecessarily while only two employees were working. All the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The merchandise was left outside in plain view when it should be properly stored, especially since it’s labeled as fresh. Even after the long wait, the order was prepared incorrectly—they gave us what the lady wanted instead of what we paid for. The service and attention were disappointing. The staff was not friendly either. The bathrooms were also very dirty. Another important detail: the burgers came out broken and cracked, and the lettuce was in poor condition, which should not happen. This place is not recommended.

I had an excellent experience at this Five Guys. Kenneth, the team member who took our order, was outstanding. He went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and he did it with a great attitude — friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of his customers. No attitude, no rush, just great service.

The entire team was solid, but Kenneth truly stood out. With his work ethic and customer service skills, he has a great future ahead of him. Five Guys is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
Highly recommend this location — we left super satisfied.

I will never order uber eats from this place and will never recommend anyone too.
I just ordered my food I have weird allergies so I called to make sure they can meet them, guy on the phone said absolutely no problem.
Wait 40+ minutes receive it for it to be exactly what I did NOT order.
I called them back manager on duty was laughing at me and saying theres nothing he can do.
I even offered to go to restaurant for
him to remake and he said no.
I believe this manager should be re-trained on customer service.
Unacceptable and not the first time.
Go to Burger King or any other option, theyll treat ya better!

A fast food restaurant chain located in Aventura Mall offers a wide variety of hamburgers freshly made in front of you while you wait. A bit expensive for my taste. Service is good.

I went on Sunday. I ordered bun less hot dog, fries and soda. Hotdog served in a little bowl type container with the onion and fries. No fork had to eat with a knife and a spoon. Fries way way way overcooked. Threw the whole bag out. My once a month fast food outing and that’s what I got. Never again.

This was the first time placing an order using Active Menus. . It was so easy and worked out perfectly. I forgot to add an item to my order. I called and was promptly answered and the item was added immediately. I could see it on my order. The food was delicious from Five Guys as always and we look forward to using Active Menus again soon.

Seems like they have raised their prices over the last year. Burgers are pretty small for thag new price. Staff wasnt as friendly as I thought they should be as I would have expected them to be in aventura mall considering the price of everything in that place. The taste was good never the less

Cashier Keyshea was extremely rude. She called for the next guest and when my family arrived at the counter, she continued to talk to the cashier next to her. I had to say excuse me for the cashier to stop talking and take our order. Every time I had a question or made a change to my sandwich, Keyshea rolled her eyes or sucked her teeth. If I didn’t have something to do, I would have called the manager to speak about Keyshea behavior. Food was good though.

Food was fine, it’s pretty hard to mess up their menu. But the customer service was terrible. Every employee, including the cashier, acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. When I walked in, three employees just stared before someone from the back came up to take our order. Even when I was trying to pay, the cashier was on her phone behind the cash register.
The second they had a chance, they all ran to the back to socialize and be on their phones. The store was completely empty, not a single employee in sight.
