Went here after reading a lot of good reviews, so maybe my expectations were a bit high. The burgers were definitely good, but honestly, I’ve had better. They’ve a lot of free toppings option for burgers but without them the burgers taste quite plain.
As for the fries, I wasn’t impressed; they were overly cooked, and that really changes the flavor for me. Not sure if it was just an off day or the usual. Overall, I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, but for me, it just didn’t quite live up to the hype.

I love eating in this place (I’ve eaten in several of the network, but in this one I’m in today 255 Palm Bay RD NE Melbourne FL 32904 . I ordered a snack in the lettuce showing the photo to the attendant, who had already served it to me previously with the request for a water and a coffee milk shake, I realized a sarcasm but I relieved, I went back to order the snack and even with translation he said he wasn’t understanding me, ask if someone spoke Spanish and said no, when he looked at another girl who was behind and they started laughing total bullying with the customer, who was just wanting a snack, until a rap that I don’t know if it’s the manager came to the counter and ended the service, in Spanish and English,.. I think they should have more empathy, even because here is a place where there are people from all parts of the world and not everyone speaks English perfectly, I’m learning but I understand more than I speak and saw and realized what was happening and this is very embarrassing!

Despicable management at this 5 guys location. Today was the birthday bogo deal, and to avoid having to do the deal the manager decided to completely turn off online ordering. I went into the store to ask about why the app wasn’t working and they claimed they turned it off because they were so backlogged with orders. Yet the store was almost empty and workers were standing around because there were no orders at the store. See attached images of how empty it was inside the store.

What’s happened to Five Guys allergen protocols? This location had always been great but just witnessed a sandwich guy, dedicated to working with bread, handling the potatoes without changing gloves, tossing bread crumbs into the fryer with the fries. I had concerns about this and was informed yes, five guys has a dedicated fry person, but at times gets help from bread personnel— but not to worry the oil in their dedicated fryer is so hot it boils the bread / gluten off I’m floored! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially since this location prides themselves in their allergen protocols! Truly frightened for anyone with celiac or other allergies for that matter to eat at this location.

Five Guys burgers are legendary and the entire family appreciates both gbe quality and freshneas of thier french fries. Good for the entire family!

awful experience tonight idk what’s going on everyone was incredibly young and the service and food was terrible disappointing been coming here forever they burned the fries twice literally replaced burnt fries with burnt fries. need some leadership at this location

love it… I mean come on it’s a burger joint. There’s milkshakes… a little speedy as far as ordering (you don’t feel rushed) but there’s no time for games lady it’s a simple menu. Secret menu item (hope I don’t cause trouble with this one)*** grilled cheese + ADD a patty+ ADD bacon +ADD bbq sauce ***. #peanutbutterbananamilkshake

Good place for a hamburger and Fries in Palm Bay
This location is one of the over 1300 locations in the United States. It is located in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Palm bay Road. It is located on the corner of an out parcel to a large open shopping center with a challenging traffic pattern and limited parking in front of the south side of the store. There is searching both outside and inside. The outside tables are round metal tables. The inside dining area has about 20 4-person tables of various heights with metal chairs. You enter through the front door in the corner of the store. You order at the counter, pay, receive a number and wait for your food to be cooked to order. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You can see your order being prepared behind the register. The cost of 2 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of french fries was over $30 so it is not as cheap as it once was. Drinks are from a serve-yourself station with 2 large electronic coke machines, ice, and condiments. All the tables and surfaces were kept very clean by one individual that did not stop wiping down the entire restaurant the entire time I was there. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience that was a little higher priced than our previous visits.

Beware ordering delivery through their app. They do not link to DoorDash like every other food app does. And then when the DoorDash driver steals your food or takes it to the wrong place. They blame it on the third-party delivery service and will not help out at all. They should be ashamed. Their food is already overpriced. And then they’re pretty much letting it get stolen from you. With no recourse.

They sent out BOGO codes good hru 11/30 but they didnt work!!! Highly suggest NOT COUNTING ON a coupon. If u dont mind paying $20 for a lil chezburger, fries and a drink & not sit in a NICE restaurant to dine-then this is ur place! We were scammed into eating here under the guise of Bogo for the holiday wknd-NO BOGO! JUST BOGUS!
